  If you go anywhere else for a tire in wake forest, you might be a chump! I got quoted $650 for a tire rotation and two tires from a place right across the street…. Went here and Josh hooked me up for $288 out the door with some wiper blades, 2 new tires, and a lifetime warranty on those tires! Shout out to Josh and the team here! Keep treating customers right and we’ll keep coming back.

  I visited this morning with an appointment and was seen on time-the service took about 45 mins for an oil change and tire rotation. Giving two stars only because the guy (I think it was Spencer but there was also a Josh) at the front desk was nice and there wasn’t a lot of pressure to buy extras. Other than that don’t be fooled-the $20 off coupon they have circulating is a joke. Then he said “I gave you $25 off instead”-only to turn around and charge me extra- I called beforehand and was told pricing for my car needs was $79.99 so I expected with the $20 off coupon and tax for it to be around $70..no it was $90 and that AFTER the $25 “discount” he gave me. He said yeah when it takes over 5 quarts it gets more expensive and it took 4.8 according to the receipt. The first red flag should’ve been that they didn’t discuss anything with me prior to the service. I have never paid more than $75 for my full synthetic oil change anywhere else and that includes the Toyota dealership-Which I could’ve gone and gotten it cheaper today, but just chose to give them a try because of the coupon. Even though the service guys were friendly, I will not be back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I understand costs are rising, but don’t cheat people. I like to support businesses that aren’t dealerships but I’ll stick to Atlantic Tire since they aren’t deceptive.

  I had a great experience at Mavis on Main St! Josh was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I was in a serious time crunch, and he made sure to get me in and out as quickly as possible without sacrificing great service. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my car. The customer service was top tier, and he truly went above and beyond to help. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about their customers, and Josh definitely does. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit this location!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire & Brakes. The customer service was excellent from start to finish—especially Josh, who provided phenomenal service. He was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was clearly explained without any pressure. I was also impressed by how quickly the work was completed. His mechanic was incredibly efficient, and they got everything done the same day without sacrificing quality. They kept me informed throughout the process, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the pricing was very competitive compared to other places I checked. Overall, I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for fast, reliable service and a team that truly values your time.

  I was experiencing some unnatural wear on my front tires, specifically balding on the outer edges. I assumed that it was an alignment issue, and due to my negligence, the issue progressed far enough that I had to replace both tires. I made an appointment online and had a call outreach not even 30 minutes later. When I showed up for my appointment, the site manager, John, was absolutely attentive and completely present during check in. He answered all of my questions, explained concepts in a way I could understand (I'm mechanically challenged 😉), and was cool, calm, and collected. I want to point that part out: if I was freaking out, John's tone and manner would have brought me back to earth. Since it was just me being negligent with my routine care, he educated me on proper maintenance schedules for the future without acting condescending. I could tell they were fairly busy but I got in and out in about 90 minutes. To keep this short, John took phenomenal care of me. His, and Mavis's, value add to routine car care is out of this world. I will be taking my vehicles for routine maintenance to this location from now on, especially now that I have a good plan in place. John, thank you kindly, sir. You have a heart made for customer service and care.
