Let me start by saying that my 2025 BMW X5M Competition is still under warranty, including tire and wheel coverage. Unfortunately, the earliest appointment my BMW dealership could offer was two weeks out. Rather than wait, I decided to take a chance on Mavis in Wake Forest, and WOW, am I glad I did! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional! Joe, the store manager, was absolutely AMAZING! He was incredibly personable, professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. He made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked through the door. His outstanding customer service truly sets this location apart. I also want to recognize the two technicians who repaired my leaking tire. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took great care of my vehicle. As someone who is particularly meticulous about my BMW, I truly appreciated their attention to detail. It’s not every day that you walk into a tire shop and leave genuinely impressed by the entire experience, but that’s exactly what happened here. If you ever need tire repairs, new tires, brakes, or other automotive services, I HIGHLY recommend Mavis in Wake Forest! And to Joe, a special thank-you, sir! Your professionalism, personality, and commitment to customer service are exactly what every business should strive for. You’ve earned my trust and future business. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went today with a message on my car that my tire pressure was dangerously low. No appointment. I was greeted by Joe the manager and he yes we will take a look. Bennie worked on my car and it was a simple low air problem nothing like a nail or something else. I was nervous about it but they were so nice. They didn’t charge me to fill the air. Fast efficient and so nice. You have to go here. Martha G.

I recently visited this location due to needing to get my tire repaired. Thankfully, I had a couple friends who helped me to get the spare tire on and make my way to this shop. I was assisted by Michael who helped me get checked in. Somehow, I had ran over a sharp piece of metal which punctured my tire. Michael was able to save my tire, place it back on and I was back on the road in no time. I truly appreciated his help and I was satisfied with the service I received. If you are looking for a good mechanic, give them a try!

Bought 4 tires for $400 with a 50,000 mile warranty. 20,000 miles later the tires were shot. Warranty department offered me 2 tires for $400, which they said was at a 50% discount. So their resolution was to sell me 2 higher priced tires rather than honor the warranty on the original tires. Not the Wake Forest locations fault. The people their were nice, but I wouldn’t recommend doing business with Mavis in general based on my experience.
