  They have great customer service! Love there tires, and if you buy tired from there store they will take care of you when you come back. I definitely recommend checking them out!

  Staff was friendly, but you should remove the option to schedule an inspection when you don't have anyone that can do them until the next month. If you see someone has scheduled one and you know you can't do it, please call them. It was very frustrating to drive almost an hour to be told you can't do it until September.

  Joe, Thank you for a wonderful job man on my car men. You the man. If anybody has a car problem talk to Joe he will get you right and handled professionally and taken care of.

  Great experience and so easy to work with. I called 4 different places shopping for tires, two never called back w/ the prices. Once I spoke with Mavis, I stopped calling as their pricing seemed fair and they were extremely polite and helpful over the phone. We set an appointment and they told us two hours at the most. Our car was compete in 45 minutes. Quinten in the office was extremely helpful and great to work with.

  Joe is one of the best managers and leaders I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I came to him with a complaint about his staff regarding a missing tire valve cap and a major issue I was experiencing with my car after having a tire replaced. From the moment we spoke, Joe showed genuine empathy. He never played the blame game, he listened, took my concerns seriously, and focused on making things right. During the inspection, he even uncovered a serious issue with one of my other tires that could have led to a major accident. As it turned out, none of the work his team had performed was related to the problem I was experiencing. Even so, Joe identified the real issue, had it fixed, and got me safely back on the road. I truly appreciate Joe and the entire team for their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to customer care. Their willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference, and I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding service.
