- BBBrady Beemer5 days ago1.0Alyssa informed me that it is their policy to not rent to disrespect. After waiting over an hour and 45 minutes for my rental upon arriving for a 1pm appointment which was confirmed by a phone call from enterprise to me 15 minutes before one that they did in fact have a car for me to pickup. Since I was on a call for work at the time the car had gotten an oil change and cleaned out. Alyssa contacted my wife for me since she had the physical card to be processed. Little did I know when they initially took my card and ID they did not process payment when I first checked in. When on the phone with my wife, Alyssa was not clear to the fact that my wife would have to drive back from Creedmoor to process payment. This exchange on the phone led Alyssa to determine that we could not be rented to due to the disrespect of my wife asking her a yes or no question. Alyssa lists her occupation as the boss lady at none your business. That is exactly what you should do, give this company none of your business.

Worst reliability on this earth car you buy breaks constant then can’t even use their rental protection - they say oh well pay out of pocket at another place and get reimbursed but it’s 2026 we don’t have a thousand to drop out of pocket
