  Mr. Warren was the driver that came to pick me up from the collision place and take me to the enterprise in Wake Forest. This man is wonderful. Very polite, respectful, and very professional. He made me feel comfortable as a female riding with him.

  I booked a midsize SUV but was not given that to drive. When I asked about it I was told that I could either take what was offered or pay an additional $100 to get something bigger, which is what I had originally booked. That’s unfortunate and I will not be returning to this location.

  Update: + on customer service - on car condition The staff and management were understanding of the frustration and followed up to make sure everything is well. The car cleanliness wasn't the biggest issue, I just needed to take 20 min to clean it out a little more. My main concern is the safety issue with the first rental. This isn't necessarily a complaint against anybody at the facility, as the service has ALWAYS been GREAT. Rather, this is to challenge Enterprise's car turnover process. The company needs to review how to ensure critical safety checks as early and often as possible before renting out the car. That incident was just dangerous. The other cars we have been renting from the facility have all been great. Got a rental, and as soon as I drove it on the freeway, the car was shaking badly. There was definitely an issue with alignment or balance. It felt absolutely dangerous. I went to switch the car. The Toyota seems to drive smooth but it is dirty. I cant imagine the last time it was cleaned. Just wiping along the doorframe, nothing else, just the doorframe, I got a thick film of dirt.

  I rented from here twice in two weeks for my move. The first time, I waited for over an hour to get my car, as they hadn’t cleaned it yet (I was first person in right at 8am and pre-checked in). Both times I rented, they also gave me faulty cars with low tire pressure, check engine light on, etc. and as a result, I had to return after getting on the road to exchange cars. TLDR: expect long waits and damaged cars from this location. One bright spot is customer service tries their best to be friendly and accommodating, but I think their high car turnover rate is more than they can handle.
