- DWDon Wil4 days ago5.0Best Enterprise Location in the country.. I forgot the Young Ladies name working that day. Aniya or laniyah or something like that. I am going to be honest she needs a raise for sure and opportunity for employee advancement. She was very helpful, very nice kind and her communication skills. We're very well. I would definitely be back at this location. The whole crew over here were pretty friendly and just made the place feel comfortable. I was pretty much in and out, grabbed my rental vehicle and went about my business. But this was a pleasant experience. Thank you to the crew over here.
- NLNicole LineberryOct 8, 20261.0If you're stuck with Enterprise after an accident you will be scammed. I was allotted a rental by the other party's insurance after an accident. Nearly 24 hrs after a reservation I was told they didn't have a vehicle in the daily allotment by the insurance company and no cars available at any Enterprise in Wake Co. I stated that due to lack of vehicles they should ask insurance for increase in daily allowance but I needed a vehicle. I was told that as the customer I would have to do this or pay and attempt to get my money back from the other party's insurance company. I felt desperate as I had already missed work from this accident and I couldn't be without a car as a healthcare worker with an on-call schedule. I paid the difference. I've since argued with the other party's insurance company who claims this is "Enterprise's deal." This should be criminal on behalf of Enterprise to do this to people who are forced into a rental situation because of an accident.
