  The experience couldn't have gone any smoother. Britt Laughinghouse was a pleasure to do business with. He was respectful, knowledgeable and understanding. When the time comes and I'm in need for another rental car, I would go back to Enterprise on Lois La. and be delighted to deal with Britt Laughinghouse again.

  Jo, took care of my rental needs. The wait time was limitless, the vehicle was waiting on me. I was picked up from caliber Collision within no time and taken straight to Enterprise Rental. Thank you Jo, for your professional customer service. I appreciate you. Sincerely, Tasha Harris

  I want to be clear that the 5 stars in this review were earned by Jo, not Eneterprise. After my car accident, my insurance company scheduled this Enterprise to pick me up at the auto shop which is located 5 minutes away and reserve a rental for me. After 45 min of waiting, I learned that someone in the Enterprise office had canceled my pick up but that someone would come get me soon. After another 20 min of waiting and no one from enterprise showing up, I was able to find a ride over to Enterprise. When I got there, one of the associates (not Jo) took me to the vehicle I asked for. I opened the door and was hit in the face by the overwhelming smell of weed. I told the associate that wasn't acceptable, to which he responded, "Oh yeah, sorry I couldn't tell." Because of the inconvenience and because it was all they had available in the vehicle size I wanted, I was rented a mini van that was almost out of gas. The associate said that because it was low, I didn't have to fill it up when I returned it. After explaining this ordeal to Jo, she did her best to get me a full refund and make sure I left feeling like Enterprise had done right by me. While I'm grateful that she gave me a partial refund, I am disappointed that Enterprise refused the rest of her bid to reimburse me. I was told that I would get credit towards a future rental if I worked with them again, but no more money would be refunded to me. So thank you to Jo for trying her best to fix the situation, but Enterprise has lost my business.

  First let me start off by saying I never knew that there was an enterprise down on Lois ln in Wakeforest NC I’ve driven by that road so many times and had no idea and another thing I also discovered is just how friendly and outgoing everyone was the entire staffing team there was by far the friendliest people I have ever meet at a enterprise location in the states they were very welcoming, straight to the point and got me in & out of there in less than 15 minutes they also had a driver who picked me up from the body shop that I had dropped my vehicle off to have repairs done he was very punctual on time very friendly person I can’t recall his name but if u see this u know who you are lol and I’d be remised if I didn’t mention Jo she was just a warm light everytime I needed to call and change something with the rental and swap vehicles she was right on top of it ready to help no questions asked and I really appreciate her for that again as well as the rest of her team all of them I don’t recall all there names but I spoke to everybody and no one made me feel relaxed and welcomed and in the future if I need another rental car wether it be for insurance purposes or for my own personal needs I will not hesitate to come back to this location & if u need a rental car u shouldn’t either.

  Reservations mean nothing with this location. We arrived according to our pick up time. They didn't have a van for us so they asked us to wait til noon. Waited til noon to get a voicemail and to no suprise they didn't have van they said they would. Now, We are behind on travel plans with no van and changing our plans. Ohhhhh by the way....We saw you give a van to the guy just before us. Thanks!
