  Thank you for writing back. I am a professional truck driver. I reserved and paid for Prime Parking at your location. When I arrived at 12:00 a.m., there was no truck parking space available. Your own Prime Parking promise is a spot waiting for the driver who paid. That did not happen. The only people I could talk to were the employees at the fuel desk inside the store. They could not explain how a paid reservation has no space. They were rude, showed no respect, said it was “not their responsibility,” and refunded my money. A refund at midnight is not the service I bought. I needed a legal place to park for hours of service, not my money back after I was already there with nowhere to put the truck. If reserved spaces are oversold, given to someone else, or only held until a certain time, that was never explained when I paid. Night staff should be able to honor the reservation or get a manager. They should not tell a driver who already paid that it is not their problem. I left one star because I paid for a parking space and did not get one, and because of how I was treated at 12 a.m. I will keep the review until this is actually fixed — meaning a reserved truck actually gets a space — not just a refund.   This pilot is one of the greatest Pilots I ever been to the employees actually care and keep it clean daily control the parking lot to go show that everybody pays like every pilots in Flying J shirt for parking everybody should pay for parking where in all Theory nobody should pay for parking at a truck stop

  Very disappointing experience at this Pilot. I spent almost $1,000 on fuel, but my points didn’t show up, and the employee refused to help me resolve the issue or provide a shower over a difference of just a couple of dollars. After spending that much money, I expected at least basic customer service and some respect. Instead, I was simply told no. Terrible way to treat a paying customer and professional driver. I will avoid this Pilot in the future.

  Being a truck driver on the road, I’ve been by this Pilot many many times and for some reason I never parked here for the night because one time I came in and it was a nightmare getting out, but I wanted to stop for the day so since I got here early around 4:30I found a place to park. I think all parking is PRIME PAID parking. I get reimbursed from my from my company so I wanted to shower so I came here. Very happy that everything was very clean and didn’t have any problems except they said they just changed everything over on the system and I could not get my receipt for my prime parking. Not a big deal. I ended up going to Subway and got one of the $3.99 protein pockets. Very nice ladies working there and fast and efficient and very polite. And I enjoyed my protein pocket!! I’ll do these reviews more for me than anybody because it reminds me if I like the place or not. I would park here again.

  Sad we truck drivers running all day & all night moving loads from state to state have store employees beating on your door about a dammm parking fee. Have a little bit of respect b/c everything isn't about money. Truck drivers need rest & peaceful downtime!!!!
