  I highly recommend Mavis Tire in Troutman, NC. Evan is incredibly professional and genuinely cares about his customers — you can tell he takes pride in doing the job right. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years now, and the consistent quality of service is exactly why I keep coming back. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else!

  Todd is the Guy who help my wife out today with our oil change. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get the studs replaced on our vehicle. He suggested that we go to a different mechanic down the road to get the studs replaced before we replace the tires and get the alignment. We will definitely be returning to Mavis because of Todd. My wife feels very uncomfortable in environments like this because she doesn’t understand about tires and Maintenance on . Todd Did an amazing job on explaining every detail to her which made her feel very comfortable and also made the kids happy as well! We used to deal with Mavis‘s discount tire in Charlotte and we had a very bad experience. Since then we have went to other tire places. Because of Todd, we will only come to the Troutman location moving forward because of him being in the store! Thank you so much, Todd. You’re the best.

  Man, this Mavis location is the bomb! 🔥 I had an appointment at 9 AM but ended up showing up an hour early. Todd and the rest of the staff greeted me with such a warm welcome and got my tires fixed in no time. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my cars from now on. By far the friendliest staff and top-notch service I’ve experienced at any Mavis location. Thanks, Todd and the rest of the guys—you all rock! 🙌

  We had a slow leak in our tire. My husband plugged himself but it just wasn't a strong enough plug. When my tire light came on while I was on the interstate he called Mavis Tire and Evan said come on in. Evan was extremely friendly to my husband on the phone and extremely friendly to me when I came in person. They replugged my tire and didn't charge me anything. It was fast and it will definitely make me come back to Mavis Tire in the future. Shout out to Evan, he was great

  Thank you to Mr. Evan for taking the time to inspect my vehicle, even while he was already assisting other customers and working on multiple vehicles. While I was waiting, I had the opportunity to observe his interactions with several customers—both those who had been waiting and those who arrived while I was there. His interactions with each person were professional, courteous, and genuinely caring. He handled a customer who had been waiting longer than expected with patience and respect, even though the customer's frustration was beginning to show. When my vehicle inspection was complete, Mr. Evan took the time to thoroughly explain what he and his team had found and provided clear, easy-to-understand recommendations. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to this location if you're looking for knowledgeable, professional, and exceptional customer service.
