  I cannot recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes enough. I came in stressed out with a tire issue, and the entire team went above and beyond to take care of me. They greeted me immediately, diagnosed the problem right away, and had my vehicle ready much faster than I anticipated.What really stands out is their honesty and professionalism. The technicians explained everything clearly without any high-pressure sales tactics, and the final pricing was completely transparent. The customer service here is unmatched, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to Mavis for all my future tire and brake needs!

  I had an outstanding experience at the Mavis Tire in Troutman! Ron took excellent care of me from start to finish. He was kind, honest, and truly a man of his word. He was able to replace my right brakes and rotors for under $400, which was significantly less than what the dealership quoted me. It’s hard to find people you can trust with your vehicle, and Ron earned my trust. The service was professional, the communication was great, and I never felt pressured. If you’re looking for quality work at a fair price, I highly recommend Ron and the entire Mavis Troutman team. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer. Thank you for the excellent service

  Great customer service by Evan The service manager. We brought the car in for an inspection concerning the frame and wheels. Evan showed me and explained the issues while the car was on the lift And what had to be repaired? There was no charge for the inspection. We had an oil change done while we were there. Thank you for all your help!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just had to leave a glowing review for Mavis Tire in Troutman, North Carolina! A couple of weeks ago, my wife had an issue with her car and needed a new tire. She was stressed about getting it done quickly, but Nicholas jumped right in and squeezed her in right away. He took great care of her and got everything sorted without any hassle. Then today, I picked up a screw in my tire and swung by. Ron stepped up immediately, got me taken care of, and had me back on the road in no time. The whole staff there is just fantastic, super friendly, helpful, and really knowledgeable about what they’re doing. If you’re anywhere near Troutman and need tires or any auto service, don’t hesitate. These guys are the real deal. I would 100% recommend Mavis Tire to anyone! Thank you Nicholas, Ron, and the whole team!
