But there was a guy there who was screaming and yelling at the employees because his car was “taking to long” but he needed an inspection so they only had 2 bays available and they had an oil change and inspection in the bay being worked on. well i see he left a review as russel and i would just like the strickland brothers team to know that he was extremely rude. And i applaud the young man who closed his hood and sent him on his way.
- RZRussell ZiebellAug 17, 20261.0I drove up to Strickland Brothers Thomasville at approximately 3:30pm on 8/16/26. One car being worked on. All other lanes empty. I told them oil change. They tell me to pull the behind the car being worked on. Another car pulled in with a young lady driving and they opened a lane a took her straight in . I called them on jump over me when I was there first and they told me to leave and they refused me service.

The greeter, Brandon was his name, did an excellent job of informing me on the different costs and services along with the varying types of oil I could choose from. He was also very patient with me and easy going. Will definitely be coming back to this location again for future oil changes!
