  I made an appointment for today 7/5/26 and was met at the door and told that their power was out Friday 7/3/26 so they can't do my new tires? I sat in the parking lot just long enough to watch them tell another customer something to make them leave. All the lights were on and the location is in the same parking lot as a Walmart and strip mall that I visited Friday.

  Had a broken belt while traveling on a Sunday. Had to have spare put on. Called and Pat told us to come right on and they could take care of it for us. We are unable to take care of it ourselves. We got there and everyone was so nice. Got the spare put on and it did not cost a thing. Makes you believe in the kindness of people and doing a good deed just because you can. Great place!

  MAY If I could give a no Star I would horrible customer service the worst ever ...especially for a long time customer who services over 30 Van with the company. I had a van towed to this location due to a blow out van arrived at 5:27pm they close at 6pm. Spoke with attendant got all information off they vehicle they could fix the tire....unfortunately they dont have the size. NO PROBLEM CALLED WALMART SINCE ITS IN THE SAME PARKING LOT FOR TIRE THEY HAVE THE SIZE TIRE NEEDED. ASK MANAGER IF I GOT GET TIRE COULD THEY PUT IT ON FOR ME., HE STATES YES. ITS 5:45PM AT THIS POINT. I WALK ACROSS PARKING LOT PICK UP TIRE HEAD BACK I SEE THEM CLOSING BAY DOORS I GET TO THEM AT 5:57PM THEY ARE LOCKING UP THE DOORS AND START WALKING OUT. IM ASKING ABOUT THEM PUTTING THE TIRE ON THEY PROCEED TO LOCK THE DOOR WALK TO THEIR VEHICLE STATING THEY ARE CLOSE AND LEAVE ME STANDING THERE with the tire. I can see if I didnt call in advance had the car towed there this would almost be acceptable. JUST FYI THE TIRE IS COMPLETELY BLOWN OUT OFF THE RIM SO I CANT DRIVE IT OVER TO WALMART WITHOUT DAMAGING THE RIM. I WOULD THINK SEEING THAT IM A REGULAR LONG TIME CUSTOMER AND A WOMAN AT THAT MAVIS COULD PUT A TIRE ON FOR ME. I FOR SURE THEY WOULDNT WANT THEIR MOTHER, WIFE OR SISTER TO BE IN THIS SITUATION AND GET TREATED VERY DISRESPECTFULLY. MAVIS THIS IS NOT A GOOD LOOK. THANKS FOR SHOWING ME HOW YOU TREAT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

  Pat and Tim took care of me. Also as an update, after Pat and Tim replaced a valve stem in the spare tire on my truck, it went flat again because the tire had been under the truck that I bought for so long flat; that rust had gotten between the tire bead and the rim. I took the tire back to Mavis 2 days later and Anthony took the tire down off the rim, cleaned out all the rust that was between the tire bead and the rim, and also any rust that was inside the tire. It was pumped up again and no leaks were found, the tire has been inflated now for 4 days. I am very happy with the service that I have gotten from this location and I will definitely be going back for any future purchases of tires I need on my vehicles.

  My wife went down to get her tire patched. She was told to come at 4:00pm then at 4 was told to come back at 5. When she arrived at 5 she was told that she should have just come in at 4. While I was on the phone with her she was told the nail couldn't be removed and passenger side tire also had a nail in it so it was taken off and a doughnut placed on. When she got home we noticed that the tire that was removed had no nail in it, so I had to remove the doughnut myself and place the old tire back on the car
