  Cameron at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and professional We didn’t get the car that we originally reserved but enterprise made it right and everyone was happy in the end! I will definitely be renting from here again😊

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent A Car while my personal vehicle was being repaired by the dealership. Cam from the Thomasville location was courteous and professional. Numerous times I had to extend my rental reservation due to the dealership not having my personal vehicle ready at the agreed upon time. After a quick phone call, my reservation was extended. My experience with Enterprise was a pleasure and I would use them again in the future.

  Kudos to Sarah Parton! It was not the best of circumstances, but the Enterprise agent was EXCEPTIONAL. I booked a vehicle in advance to attend a conference. When I arrived at the Lexington location for pick-up, the system was down and evidently had been shut down the entire morning. I discovered that the vehicle I booked was not available, likely because of an extension, but there was no way to determine that because the system was not accessible. There were NO other vehicles available. Sarah, the Enterprise representative, was extremely apologetic, personable, and professional. She remained with me until a car was located, dropped off, detailed, and ready to go, all this, long after closing. It has been a long time since I have seen someone go above and beyond the call of duty to that extent. She is a problem solver who was genuinely concerned. She made lemonade out of lemons. Her presence made the system failure ALMOST a joy. You have a diamond in that one.

  Vehicle was not clean. Driver was approx 45 minutes late for scheduled pickup. The gas level was verbally stated as being more than what was in the tank. The agent expressed concern for a negative review because the driver was so late for pickup.
