  The guys working there were very pleasant. No issue with them or communication. But the car was pretty dirty overall and smelled so bad like smoke. I really couldn't drive it.

  Hands down the best enterprise I’ve been too! Wonderful to work with and friendly as can be! Steve the driver picked me up on time and was incredibly nice, Kyle and Noah were so kind and wouldn’t let me leave with a car unless it was perfect from front to back. This is the only rental car place I’ll use from here on out! Thanks for being so nice! Best customer service I have seen in a while!

  Five stars all the way. Pick up was convenient and on time very pleasant gentlemen , customer service in the location was fabulous. Answered all my questions made extending my rental easy and convenient. Highly recommend the Thomasville North Carolina location of enterprise Rent-A-Car.
