  Steve picked me up from Gary Essick shop. Very pleasant man. I got my rental. The place seemed clean and people were very nice. For people that read this, you have to have a debit / credit card for a rental in your name. Which I did. Afterwards, I returned the car. Cameron was very respectful and Steve took me back to Gary Essick to drop me off. You can't ask for better service and pleasant people. THANK YOU !

  The young woman behind the counter, will make sure that the customer is happy with their rental no matter what. She is friendly, sweet, friendly but also very professional.

  I would give a negative number if I could. My rental went wrong from the beginning. The vehicle I rented had a recall I was not told about, the tires were bad (I was told by the shop this vehicle should have never been rented out) and a wrench light came on. 😡
