- RBRyan Baker1 day ago3.0Two hours for a tire rotation is pretty bad especially with an appointment. Other than that great place and always super friendly.
- MWMarcus Wyatt3 days ago5.0Very detailed explanations on what they’re doing to your car, with picture diagrams for the bone heads like me.
- APAmill Proctor6 days ago5.0Rex was friendly and welcoming from the start good service. Came to get my oil change will definitely be back!!
- MWMichael WhiteOct 15, 20261.0IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! WE SET OUT THERE FOR ABOUT 30 OR 45 MINUTES BEFORE WHILE THEY KEPT STARING AT US THROUGH THE WINDOW, FINALLY ONE OF THE GUYS THAT CAME BACK FROM LUNCH HAD THE DECENCY TO WALK OUT THERE AND EXPLAIN TO US WHAT WAS GOING ON THEY SAID THAT OUR SHOCKS WERE LEAKING ON THE FRONT END WHICH WAS NOT TRUE! I HAD THINGS TO DO THAT DAY. AT THIS POINT IT HAD BEEN OVER AN HOUR! FINALLY, 25-30 MINUTES LATER, THEY BRING THE CAR AROUND WHILE WE WERE BEING TOLD THAT IT DID NOT PASS INSPECTION. WHILE THEY COULDN'T HAVE TOLD US THIS 5 OR 10 MINUTES INTO IT I DON'T KNOW. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST INCOMPETENT SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD GOING TO A GARAGE!! THEY TOLD US THAT WE HAD TO GO GET THAT FIXED, AND BRING DOCUMENTATION BACK TO THEM BEFORE I COULD GET IT INSPECTED, WHICH WAS NOT TRUE AT ALL! I CHECKED OUT WHAT THEY SAID WAS WRONG WHEN I GOT HOME THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LEAKING! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, I WOULDN'T EVEN RIDE A HORSE THROUGH THE PARKING LOT, THEY'LL SWEAR UP AND DOWN YOU GOT THE WRONG SHOES ON IT!
- CLChristopher LeeOct 14, 20261.03 1/2 hours to do an alignment and put on 2 tires, then they charged me $100 more than they told me it'd cost the day before even tho they did nothing additional. Quoted me under $360 then charged $460 for the exact same thing the quote was for. That makes them liars and ridiculously slow for their overpriced work. I'll never go back
