  Was on a road Trip with the family out of state for the 4th. I got an alert on my dash about low pressure to find out that I could see the threads. I was gonna be flat soon, called everyone in the area including a dealership, no one had my tires. Pulled up to Mavis, not only did they get me a good deal, but had the tires in stock AND got them done quickly. Service was friendly and would definitely be back if we didn't live out of state.

  Came in for an inspection and new tires and the team was fantastic! Rex helped me pick out some great tires! Every time I come here this team is the best!!! I really appreciate this team!

  Avoid this place! All I needed was an inspection when I came in at 12 they said come back at 1:30 so on my lunch I came back at 1:30pm. Waited 35 minutes never took my car back went to ask how long. All they said was as soon as the tech was done. Why should it take hour or more for a simple inspection? Never will come back Edited to add I went to another place and found out that the NC Inspection computers are down today so they had me wasting my time for NO REASON.

  Thank goodness they were open on a Sunday in a small town! The unthinkable happened and with the quick action of a friend and his son was able to remove the tire to have Mavis replace and then Place back on the truck to travel short distance to Mavis to have them rotate the new two tires to the front for me to get home! Not many carry 14s but they had two left and thankfully that’s all that was needed! Toot truck lives again! When in a pinch, go see Rex at Mavis! He will get it done for you!!

  Their service is phenomenal! The team was fast, professional, and got me taken care of quickly. I came in thinking I had a bad tire on the front passenger side, but they thoroughly checked everything and found that the real issue was my rotors and brakes. As an added bonus, I had the pleasure of chatting with Rex while I was there. He was absolutely hilarious and made the wait enjoyable. Great service, honest diagnostics, and friendly staff. I highly recommend them!
