  Very nice people very informative. Got an oil change tires rotated and because I waited a minute longer than he thought I should have he gave me a courtesy discount. 2nd location the new building in Sylva, they are awesome!!

  Great experience at Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change. They got me in at the last minute, changed my tire, and had me back on the road in about 10 minutes. The manager was friendly, helpful, and professional. Fast service and a great place to stop when you need something handled quickly. Highly recommend.

  last time i visited, oil change went great from what i thought but i noticed my car leaking. i went to another shop for my next oil change and lo and behold they ask me where i last got it changed bcus the oil trap wasnt tight enough. man undid it with his fingers. i thought something was up since my car usually doesnt leak. anyway the hospitality is good, they are super kind folks so thats why they get 2 stars instead of one for making my car leaky. im lucky this is my bad experience bcus ive heard worse things.

  I had an originally difficult experience getting an oil change. I waited fro 40 minutes and then was informed that the internet was out. I came back the next day and was informed almost right away by Russel that they were still experiencing internet issues. He was so kind and told me to come back and ask for him to get 1/2 off. When I finally returned Russel and his team were efficient and kind even while still dealing with internet issues that were out of their control.

  (Visited Sunday the 16th around 1pm) I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’m guessing by the many 5 star reviews, my girlfriend and I happened to come on a really bad day for them because the service was anything but 5 stars. However, I think this is worth mentioning so other customers don’t happen to catch them on a day like we did. We went in for an oil change and an inspection. I’m not even exaggerating because we checked the clock when we got over the pit and when we left, it took an hour and a half. An hour. And a freakin half… we started at 1:15pm and left at 2:45, and we didn’t even get the inspection at the end we needed because their internet apparently went out right as the oil change was done. I was late for work because we went over there thinking this would take 30min at most. The staff were friendly, all two of them, but they just seemed not in a hurry at all to get anything done, we were forgotten about multiple times. Understaffing issues I guess? After we left we agreed that we will probably not be returning. I apologize for not having much good to say but I just wanted to be honest.
