  It was over an hour for me to get my oil change and after we finally got to pull in all the technicians was all over the place. They were do one step to my car move to the next car beside me do one step to that one. When I think they should have stuck with one car finish it then move to the next one finish it. So very unorganized.

  Never before had high quality service done on my car like I did today at Strickland Brothers. As soon as I pulled in, staff tended to my needs and offered me something to drink. I got the ultime valvoline restore and protect oil change, engine air filter change, and tire rotation. They made time for all the services. Russel was extremely respectful, helpful, and caring. He looked out for my best interest. I felt extremely comfortable during the whole service. They even gave me a handful of air fresheners. I highly recommend Strickland Brothers in Sylva for your maintenance needs.

  I go to this Strickland Bros location all time for oil changes and state inspections. The guys are ALWAYS super friendly and helpful. Russell and Cody, specifically, have now worked with my vehicles multiple times. They’re both friendly, polite, understanding, and professional. An oil change, for me, has never taken longer than 10 minutes. They always let me know if they find anything else wrong with my car that they can easily fix, explain how necessary or unnecessary it may be at the moment, and inform me of any increase in price before ever starting the job. The guys always make it feel more like I’m in a local shop talking to friends than working with a chain business who may not have my best interest in mind. Go see Russell at Strickland Brothers by QP in Sylva, and he’ll get your vehicle taken care of quickly!

  First time getting my oil change on my car very passed overdue but was very thankful for these guys they got me a 50% discount coupon so they hooked me up they were cool they were funny very professional and I would recommend them to anybody in this area!!!! Or even if you're from out of town and need a quick oil change but make sure you go to the one by the QP gas station!!!!

  I had to remove my last good review after my wifes visit to this location at 1585 East Main St in Sylva yesterday. She took her 2023 Ford Explorer in for an oil change. They told her she needed a new air filter and wanted to check the in cab air filter. Two different guys tried locating the filter that is behind the glove box. They first couldn't open the glove box but then after they located the filter door they didn't know how to open it. One guy broke off a locking tab trying to open the door then a second tried and broke off the other tab. (These two tabs hold the filter housing to the fan housing and have nothing to do with opening the filter door.) Clearly there are two screws that needed to be removed to open the door. My wife stopped them before they did anymore damage to her car. This place only changes oil, inspections, and changes filters. How do they not know how to access an in cab filter on a vehicle? The manager said he would buy her a new filter door but it isn't a filter door they broke, it is the locks on the fan housing. They could have at least tried Google before they broke something. Now we will see how much this will cost us to repair. Be careful who you trust with your car.
