  One of your sales associates was very rude to me as I pulled in your service bay and I was scared to pull in the space the the woman told me she can't pull my car into the bay because if a liability but the Previous times I've been there the guys do it for me she refused to Service me oil change I won't be back took my car to Hellman family auto Where the gentlemen were more courteous to help me

  I have frequented both Sylva locations and they both have friendly, knowledgeable technicians. Also, the wait time is sometimes more than others, but all in all, I have never had any complaints as long as I have been using their services.

  I watch the lady under the hood she told me she check the flood and she didn’t didnt even check the air filter or anything didn’t check tire pressure if I pay a high price for anything I want it done right

  Very good service, fast and kind folks. The mechanics are hard working and the new manager seems very nice! Love going to them for my service needs!

  I went to Strickland Brothers today to get my oil changed. They got me checked in, moved my car into the garage and started working. Sounds good, right? After sitting outside in the 90+ degree weather (because their office is not air conditioned and, to quote an employee, “hot as hell inside,” a guy who I assume was the manager returned from a break. He saw my car and came to tell me that they don’t service my make/model. I had to wait as they put everything back together so I could leave. The manager was not apologetic or friendly. Not only will I never go to this location (Sylva near Subway), I doubt I’ll ever go back to Strickland Brothers. I hear good things about Hillman Automotive may.
