  Always quick and to the point but listens to me talk. Lol very polite. Offered me a water while I waited. Never pushed a sale on me buy showed me my air filter just to ask.

  Oil change at Stricklands today was a five star experience. They were quick, thorough and go the extra mile offering water, checking lights, fluids and blinkers etc and Taneisha (sorry if I butchered the spelling) is a wonderful human that you can tell takes pride in her job and does it with a smile- any business would be lucky to have her represent them!

  These guys are always so awesome friendly and fast!! Everytime they are ready to greet with a water in hand a smile and awesome service While the gentleman doing my inspection was taking care of me another employee came over to double check I didn’t need another water cause it was hot or anything else and I really appreciated that! He said he was new and super nice guys and gals all around! Highly reccomend

  First time going to Strickland Brothers, and I must say, I was happy to hear that the woman didn’t try to sell me on a new air filter. She said, “On your next visit, I would recommend getting a new one.” 😊 Great experience I will be going back!

  As a corporate woman the professionalism and the education that we received from a young lady Lakeisha Johnson Greeter was wonderful. We will be coming back for good!
