  We moved back home after over 20 years. I stopped by and had my vehicle inspected. They all left a memorial impression on no h myself and my wife. When it was time for my oil change, it was a no brainer!!!! Again, super group of guys who are knowledgeable, professional, and a sense of humor! From start to finish, everything was explained, and surprisingly fast!! If your in sought, don’t be. You will be happy for making this choice

  Wow! Outstanding service! I was in and out! This team is running this business like a well oiled machine, no pun intended. They didnt skip a beat, communication between them was clear and intentional, helping the job get done smooth and fast! The military benefits were unmatched as well, this is where you want to be for a great experience and fair price for a job well done. Thank you guys!

  Great service! I took my wife’s car for her annual safety inspection. They did it how it should be! It was very quick I didn’t even have to wait or get out of the car. They handed me a water bottle and air freshener for the car when I pulled in. They literally checked what is required by law. Lights, signals, horn, wipers etc. They didn’t have me go sit in a waiting room for an hour while they fine tooth comb the car and try to sell me $10k in repairs. Which is what most other shops in town here do looking for money grabs. I will be coming back for my other vehicles to be inspected here! Thank you!

  We were asked if we wanted tire pressure checked, we said sure. Service person checked inside of door and stated “tires take 35 lbs”. I had a 4 hour trip the same day. While on the trip the tire pressure light came on. My son checked the tire pressure and each tire was found to have only 30 lbs. The technician asked us about checking pressure and even checked how much pressure was needed and stated amount then put in less than what was needed. I can only assume since the light was not on before that he had let air out of tire instead of putting air in. Or he may have had faulty gage. Otherwise oil change was fine.

  Haven't had anyone do a service on my vehicles since 1996, I am now retired and hard to move around like I used to.. Gave Strickland a shot and very impressed at the speed and efficiency that they move to. Everything was done quickly, topped off, any issues were brought to my attention. The staff is awesome to say the least. Manager was on top of everything and other techs were also on top of everything too.. Fpr what I normally spend in oil and filter and time it wasnt far off price wise, not to mention the time it takes, laying on concrete, dealing with the sudden gust ofbwind that blows oil all over my driveway and in my face..lol..So, Strickland in Swansboro has my business for my wife's Suburban from here on out.
