  My vehicle broke down in the Foodlion parking lot. I walked over to Mavis to see if I could get assistance on jumping the vehicle. They said sure we will have someone meet you outside and walk over with you. Joseph walked over to my vehicle and tried to jump it and that did not work. He was so patient and willing to help. He walked back and forth a few times to get a couple things to see if we could get it started. sadly we could not figure it out but I just wanted to say Joseph was amazing. His willingness to try his best to get it started is greatly appreciated. He was kind and professional. Thanks so much Joseph!! And FYI, it was the starter wire that was keeping the car from starting. When the shop put the engine back in, it pinched the wire!!

  Literally 10 minutes before store closing, driving on my way home from work a tire alert suddenly popped up for uneven tire pressures. I called Mavis (Swansboro) just in case they would be willing to help, and a super nice and friendly associate (AJ! Thank you!) immediately said, “No worries, come on by. We will wait for you.” I pulled in and very patient, professional, and efficient pit crew immediately found the nail/punctured tire, swapped it out for a spare, and had me on my way home in under 10 minutes. Amazing rescue, SO grateful. Would definitely come to them again for service/repair. Big thank you to AJ and all his teammates, thank you guys so much!!!

  I stopped in here at 20 minutes before closing to get an inspection and a tire leak looked at. Not only were they willing to get it checked so close to closing, but the service was impeccable. Inspection competed and tire leak fixed. I have stopped here before and never have I been disappointed in the customer service or quality of service provided.

  They lack attention to detail. The first time I went there, the technician left a tool on the axle, the second time they did not reset the TPS, the third time (different vehicle) they did not reset the TPS. The front desk person said to drive it 20 minutes and the sensors did not reset.

  Overpriced that was my fault didn't research enough but needed them done. We had are front and rear brakes and routers changed. Next day wife hears noise like something lose or rattling. She takes it back to tell them guy at counter seems inconvenienced. She asks him to drive to hear it he just takes car puts on lift and proceeds to tell her all the things that are wrong with it. None of this was mentioned the day before. Which if they were such a problem I would have thought they would have said something. Won't deal with him again.
