- JMJay Mitchell5 days ago4.0I'd give 5 stars but they weren't able to change my oil filter. Not their fault tho. I was told to take it to a mechanic. The staff was friendly and kept you informed about what they are doing while you get to sit in your vehicle. Nice experience.

They also didn’t suggest unnecessary service, they were spot on with what was needed. Being that, the speed and convenience is unbeatable!

Was a little unsure about not being very knowledgeable & having other places not actually do all of the maintenance inspections for me before.. but here- everything was actually done, plus more! Jackson & Jayson serviced my car, answered all my questions & even showed me how FILTHY my air filter was! Both guys were super nice & helpful. Explained my options! Very quick service! Will definitely be back in a few thousand miles for their help with my car needs!

This time, on July 14, I spend nearly and hour in the bay because they could not get my filter off. Claimed "sometimes this happens, who did your last oil change?" I replied, "this exact shop". The kid who said it was his first day as assistant manager told me that his manager would review the security footage of the previous visit and be in contact with me and work it out. I have not heard anything from anyone as of now (July 19). When he gave me the invoice, probably to make it look better for them, they just invoiced me for a "tire check" instead of a failed oil change... Not too happy and will not go back unless they rectify the situation. Update - manager called after I left this review and he left me a VM. Been trying to return the call but the number just rings....
