  I was about to make the drive home to Virginia and saw my tire was almost flat. I called Mavis and they said they could get me in ASAP. I brought the car in 10 minutes later and was out the door 15 minutes after that. Our technician Clayton did a great job and got us on the road a lot quicker than I thought it would be!!

  Brought my car in for a simple tire patch and what followed was the worst experience I have ever had at a car shop. I waited an hour before they finally took my car back, and then proceeded to excessively rev my engine while it was cold. I will add that my car is extensively modified and the motor in my car is quite valuable with the modifications it has. All only to tell me that they couldn't fix my tire, but hey! At least they didn't charge me for abusing my car! And to pour a little more salt in the wound, they left my car out front for me in neutral without setting the parking brake, which would have ended horribly if it wasn't a flat parking lot.

  I had a great experience here! The staff were incredibly friendly professional, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. My appointment was at 9 AM but they let us in early and we were done by 9:05. It’s hard to find service that is this fast and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for good service and a smooth experience.

  They were so helpful and kind! We had an appointment at 9:00 a.m., but they were able to squeeze us in right away, and we were finished by 9:05. The whole process was quick, easy, and everyone was friendly. I really appreciated how efficient and accommodating they were!

  Got a flat while out of town with 5 kids. Didn’t figure it out until about about 7 PM. So we found Mavis with a Google search and we were able to very easily make an online appointment for next day repair. Even better, we dropped the car off that night and our tire was fixed by 915 AM. With a long trip back to PA looming, as well the 4th of July, this was potentially an extremely stressful situation. Instead I got my car back by 10AM and I couldn’t be more grateful for their prompt help. I very highly recommend them!!!
