- COCharles O’Roark1 day ago5.0Mavis Stokesdale was an excellent experience. I made an appointment on-line for 10am to get a leaking tire repaired. I arrived on time and they took to vehicle in right away. Tire was repaired and I was gone in a little over 30 mins. Kai at the desk was friendly and efficient.
- CCCody cox2 days ago5.0David was absolutely awesome definitely needs to be promoted to store manager position and my wife’s car was due for an oil change and tire rotation because Greensboro Honda was going to make us wait 3hrs just for an oil change! MAVIS IN STOKESDALE IS THE WAY TO GO!!!

Long story short they said it was the compressor needed a new one, they had the car for 48 hours and still never got it done. I took my car to a different place and they diagnosed it that it was just a bad fuse for the compressor and a leak at the valve. They had me done in 3 hrs. And did it for more than less than half the price. Mavis is a joke. The one in stokesdale and walkertown.

They found the slow leak in my valve and fixed it. They said since it was such an easy fix they didn't charge me. What great customer service. They have just gotten a loyal customer.
- MSmike skertichJun 25, 20265.0Woke up to a nice big screw in my front tire, called Mavis, David, said yes we can fix it for you, give me about 2 hours when I can free a tech up , I arrived as instructed, within 5-10 min my truck was in the bay, tired repaired and I was on with my day. Make things better they didn’t charge me for work. While I spent my time there I observed David communicating with each customer throughout repair process making each aware of and informed of their options with their car. Great experience I will continue to have my vehicles serviced there in Stokesdale.
