We figured out we had a bad tire and the employee walked our tire across the street to a tire shop. He made sure we were taken care of before he went back to work. I can’t describe how awesome he was. He took time out of his day to help a family in need! Thank you!!

- BCBrian ConleeJun 22, 20261.0After an oil change, the under carriage metal door started dragging on the ground the next day. This was never a problem till the day after my oil change. By the time I heard it dragging on the highway and managed to pull over, it was destroyed. I had to remove it to continue driving. I don’t mean to accuse, but it seems it wasn’t put back on properly. It’s an older car, so it may have been loose already, it’s just I never had this issue till the day after my oil change. I can’t prove anything and it’s not worth pursuing, but I won’t be returning. I’m not saying negligence, but I can’t imagine if that flew off my car at high speeds and caused a serious accident… IF it was due to shoddy work or leaving something undone so I’d have to pay more money for additional work.

But last night my check engine light came on, I checked the oil and there was none. Obviously, I can't drive it without causing damage. I have left a message, but there is no speaking with a person, the Ai operator suggested that I email customer service. I am beyond unhappy, I am down right furious!!!
