- BEBill Evans3 days ago4.0They're working really hard to be the best and do a great job. Good help is hard to find, evidently, because I needed to get an inspection and couldn't because of staffing. Nevertheless my, I'll be back. It is hard to get into the business from the north until you figure out there's a cut through in the O'Reilly parking lot.
- MSMelanie SleimeAug 22, 20265.0Arrived and picked a bay, first one. No one greeted me. But within 10 minutes they had me drive forward. Checked lights and had me open the hood. That's when I asked what they needed for the state inspection. They looked surprised. Had me drive around and pull in to bay 2 which must be for inspections. Online, when I called to see if I could schedule an appointment, the AI driven response said $12.75 for the inspection. When they finally finished after 40 minutes, the wonderful service gentleman said that'll be $30. I played the message for them and after a few minutes, they figured out discounting the inspection for me to $12.75. They did it right and made it right!
