  I met Sam, in the parking lot, while shopping at Randy Marion previously owned lot, in Statesville NC. Immediately, I liked his approach and felt at ease. He showed me the vehicles I came to look at, and explained the features and benefits of the comparable vehicles in my price range. He was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. Sam, is a great salesman, I would recommend him to anyone. If you go to Randy Marion, looking for a great used vehicle, ask for Sam!

  I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from the Randy Marion Used Cars in Statesville in the last 3 months. I would like to highly recommend Rylan, one of the sales representatives along with the sales leadership, finance and warranty team for how they handle sales opportunities and truly valuing their customers. I will continue to seek opportunities to buy my future vehicles from Rylan and this dealership in the future because of their honesty, integrity and seeking to help customers on their car buying experience. Keep up the great work in establishing trust and earning my business.

  ​I brought my truck into Randy Marion Ford simply to get the headlights fixed. Instead of doing a basic electrical fix, someone on their staff took my truck out on an unauthorized test drive—why a test drive was even necessary for a headlight repair is beyond me—and got it rear-ended. ​Now, it has been a full month without my truck, and their customer service is an absolute nightmare. Instead of stepping up, taking accountability, and putting me into a brand-new vehicle to replace the one they ruined, they are actively trying to lowball me. Their management is trying to process this as a routine, simple trade-in, using negative equity as an excuse to completely kill the value of my truck. ​I wouldn't even be dealing with trade-in figures or negative equity if their team hadn't destroyed my vehicle while it was in their care. They ruined my truck, disrupted my life for a month, and now expect me to take a massive financial hit for their negligence. ​Do not trust this dealership with your vehicle or your business. Zero accountability, zero customer care, and complete disrespect for their clients' property.

  My husband Mike and I were on our way to a campground pulling our trailer when we started hearing noise in our truck. Not knowing what it was, and not sure if we should continue driving, we found Randy Marion on Maps and hoped they were open. Nicholas Shue greeted us with a smile, and was extremely eager to help! He had us unhook the camper and got it right in to be looked at. Thankfully, it was not something that had to be fixed immediately and would not delay our trip. Nicholas and the technician fully explained what we were hearing and what would need to be done. There was no charge for this. We were back on the road in no time to enjoy our vacation! It is farther away than our local Ford dealership, but we are definitely going to be using Randy Marion Ford from now on! Thank you Nickolas for being so friendly, courteous and helpful!!!

  I went to Randy Marion ford & Lincoln dealership in Statesville. I test drove a 2026 Explorer and I really liked it. But when it came time to talk about the numbers it went off the rails. The salesman wrote down the price and then we had to see what the ARP was goin to be and when the guy handling that came out with a price, is was several thousand dollars more than the salesman wrote down. I said wait a minute, (Thank God I took a picture of what the salesman had typed up) So when the finance guy looked at the picture he was shocked I had a picture of what the amount of the vehicle was going to be and played it off like “what’s this, is it the same VIN, oh my bad let me go re-work the numbers. So both the finance guy and salesman went back to his office and came out with a new amount and By that time I had had enough and started to leave and the salesman came over to me and said the first amount he typed up was also a mistake and showed me yet another different amount for the explorer. Needless to say I walked out. Really!!!! THREE DIFFERENT quotes? I work hard for what I have and I don’t have time for those kinds of games. I understand they aren’t giving the cars away but I expect to get a fair price and not wasting my time because “You’re trying to get a better commission or screw someone over”. I will NEVER recommend Randy Marion.
