  I would recommend Randy Marion Ford in Statesville to anyone looking for a new vehicle. After a terrible experience with Mooresville Ford we shopped elsewhere and I couldn't be happier that we ended up with Randy Marion. Our salesman David Holman was a 12/10 and on the finance side Brandon the business manager knocked it out of the park. Could not be happier with the experience from start to finish.

  I purchased this truck from out of state after searching for a very specific setup for quite a while, and this dealership had exactly what I was looking for at a very fair price. I worked directly with Josh throughout the process, and he truly exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond sending videos, photos, walkarounds, and answering every question I had honestly and thoroughly. There was something very specific we were working through regarding the truck, and instead of pressuring me into a sale like many dealerships do nowadays, they were extremely patient, transparent, and willing to help however they could. That honesty meant a lot to me. Buying a vehicle sight unseen from another state can be stressful, but when the truck arrived it honestly exceeded my expectations. The entire experience felt genuine from start to finish. Good people still exist, and this dealership down in North Carolina proved that. I highly recommend them and would absolutely do business with them again.

  I recently just picked up my 2018 GTI. It has been my first week with it, and it drives so smooth. No issues. Nothing wrong with the car. Love it completely and I cannot wait to experience a lot more in it aswell. Overall. Great salesmanship there. Amazing manager. Very nice people.

  Went in to have camera recall fixed and they said it didn't have a code. When you put it in reverse the image points to the side and doesn't give you the position you are in. You are right up against something before it alarms. Had me sit in lounge over an hour to tell me they didn't do anything to it. Bunch of BULL CRAP. Only reason the rating is one star is because it doesn't have a zero star.

  I was interested in buying a Chrysler Pacifica waited 2-3 weeks almost , contacted the sales rep for him to tell me that it had been sold. I went to the dealer to see it personally , they “claim” it was in the shop the entire time then magically it sold as soon it was fixed however I was told they would contact me as soon as it was out the shop ! I’m glad that they sold it to who they sold it to because that shows what kind of people they are ! Thanks
