  Unfortunately, I can't put zero stars. I bought a new Transit. It immediately had engine issues. I scheduled a time to drop it off. I told them it was my only work van and I needed it back ASAP. I was told it would only take 2 or 3 days to fix. Five days of sitting at their commercial service department and it never was looked at. I lost approximately $2,000 in labor hours due to this. I'm still driving it with an engine problem and possibly a transmission problem. End result, Randy Marion Ford in Statesville doesn't give a crap about me or my van. I plan on buying a second van in the fall or winter. It will not come from any Randy Marion dealership. THEY DON'T CARE!

  Fair price for the truck I purchased. Steve was our salesman and was friendly and competent. Answered our questions. In my opinion, the only issue was it took too long to complete our purchase. From the time we arrived until we left was 3 hours. We took a 20 minute test drive and talked over the truck for about 15 minutes. Getting the paperwork done seems to take too long. Ask me first if I am interested in hearing about an extended warranty instead of going through it all. Then when I say I'm not interested, please drop it and complete our paperwork. Aside from that issue I have no complaints and was a happy customer. I would do business with them again.

  Went to Randy Marion's used lot looking specifically for a used Expedition. Austin Watson met us outside. They had 3 on the lot. Drove the 2 we liked the most and really liked both but needed to think on it. Austin was patient and really understanding about what we needed. We returned the next afternoon and took our kids. After getting the kids in both vehicles, we knew we wanted a Max Platinum with captain's chairs. They didn't have any of those in stock in the used inventory. Austin started looking at their new inventory and found one on the lot. We got a good deal and drove away with it. Austin was great to work with. Patient, not pushy and all around friendly. Chad, David and Brandon were great to work with on the finance side too! Everyone was kind & friendly.

  I was traveling thru town when my MKC needed serviced. I called them before I stopped in. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Told me to bring my vehicle in and they would take care of me. Once I pulled in to service, I was greeted by the service tech who was very friendly and welcoming as well. My vehicle was inspected and they assured me I can continue with my trip safely. They also gave me a complimentary car wash and sent me on my way. The entire process took less then 2hrs. My only regret is not buying the Lincoln Jacket in the waiting area. 😭 Thank you for your time and great service. I greatly appreciate it

  Jackson Bardsley did an outstanding job with the purchase of my new Lincoln Navigator. Since I was coming from several hours away, he handled virtually the entire deal before I even arrived at the dealership. When I got there, the vehicle was spotless, everything was exactly as promised, and I was able to complete the paperwork quickly with no waiting. The dealership itself is genuinely the most impressive I’ve ever visited—and I’ve been to dealerships in places like Dubai and elsewhere around the world. The facility is beautiful, the staff is professional, and the entire experience was first-class from start to finish. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but after this experience, I won’t be doing business with any other dealership. Highly recommended.
