  Very poor communication I reached out to this company looking to secure a truck, let them know I have a $16k offer on my car. Salesman: Jason Manns Requested photos of car and all info Reached out Wednesday nor response until Friday afternoon saying. “Hi Chase, Looks like the 2007 Sold. Goes to show how fast good deals go. Is there another vehicle you had your eyes on as well?“ Yea the good deals do but the dog crap dealerships and half behind salesmen are in no short supply.

  I have bought almost every car I have ever owned from Randy Marion Chevrolet of Statesville. Staff is always very helpful and nice and amazing to work with on your purchase!

  I will start by saying our salesman Hobie was great and this review does not reflect him in anyway. They quoted me a price for a trade in of 16k over the phone without seeing the car. We get there and another guy wanted to look at my car. That’s fine. No issues, serviced regular and all that. He comes back and says your transmission is going out. News to me! I said really idk about that. He said I can take it to the ford place and they can double check and make sure and I said ok sounds good. Only should take me 20 minutes he says. Gone for almost 1 hour and 15 minutes. Even the salesman was calling asking where are. Gets back and of course yep it’s bad, but we’re still gonna give you the 16k because we need a sale and we’re gonna gamble. RED FLAG! Your saying my transmission is out but are still willing to pay what you were going to give me before. Long story we continue on and get approved and they were not willing to come off the vehicle price and match another dealer’s price for the same vehicle which was about 5 grand lower at another place. I asked for my paperwork showing where ford said my transmission was going bad and all 3 guys look at each other like I had just asked for a million dollars. I got a response of we don’t have anything it’s just what we think. So I’ve not noticed any issues with my vehicle and you claim the transmission is going out and verify it with another dealer with no proof other than yeah we think it’s going out. I get the car serviced at a ford dealer! Beware people, I think this dealership is desperate and is trying to take advantage of people. They didn’t get my business and I’ll make sure everyone knows about it.

  Al Martin I wanted to send this review after my purchase this week. My salesman Hobie was so easy to work with, he was courteous and professional. And Nick in finance had paperwork ready to go in no time, we were so pleased with their service, I will be spreading the word about this dealership. Thanks Hobie and Nick for everything .
