  Mr. Tire is the best place I have had the pleasure of working with. I came in for a valve stem stuck in my tire. The gentleman at the front desk said swing around and we will fix it, I said how much and he responded you have the part we will just get it fixed for you. That is the best feeling in the world! Best customer service in Statesville!

  Friendly service. Got an alignment but going straight down the road steering wheel is crooked. Need to return to get that straightened out

  I had a flat tire they could not repair due to side wall damage, but they were very willing to help me even close to closing time. They also made sure my spare was okay to hold me over for the rest of the day.

  Hello. I would like to take a moment to convey what a wonderful experience my wife and I had recently at the Mr. Tire Auto Service Center in Statesville, NC. On Tuesday, June 9, 2026. We were driving on I-77 North on our way to West Virginia. About an hour into our drive, a dash warning light came on indicating low tire pressure. Because we live in a new housing development and there has been ongoing construction around us, I suspected a tire puncture that resulted in a slow air leak. We immediately exited the highway and using our phone, frantically searched for the nearest tire service center. In short order google maps directed us to Mr. Tire at 149 East Front Street which was about a mile and a half away. When we pulled up about 8:45 in the morning, I went inside and spoke with Christopher, a terrifically friendly service technician that was manning the front desk. I explained our situation and that we were at least 4 hours away from our destination in West Virginia and that we had to be there by 1:30 in the afternoon to preserve an event booking that did not offer refunds if we were late. Christopher assured us that he would do everything possible to ascertain what the problem was and that he would advise us as quickly as possible. He then pulled the car into the service bay and in short order determined that there was one puncture in each of two tires- one being in the sidewall. Because of the tire punctures and also because all tires were nearly at the end of their service life, I elected to purchase a new set of tires. At this point, Mr. Mark DiVanna, the store manager got involved and helped us select a set of replacement tires for our vehicle. If we had any hope of getting to our destination in West Virginia by 1:30 PM, they literally had about 30 minutes to change out all (4) tires. Mr. DiVanna and Christopher expedited the installation and had everything wrapped up within that time frame. We were out the door by 9:30 AM. From beginning to end, it took us about 45 minutes to resolve our issue. Because of the speedy response from Christopher and Mr. DiVanna, we did in fact make it to our destination- with about 5 minutes to spare! Our many thanks and deep gratitude for the kindness, professionalism and sense of urgency that the folks at Mr. Tire demonstrated to us that day. To anyone reading this, I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Tire wholeheartedly for anyone needing any kind of automotive service.
