  I went here to get a tire, one tire put on my vehicle because it was bald and unsafe to drive on. They were all really nice however they made me wait almost two hours there was only one other gentleman there getting services. I took a video of them because they were taking so long. They came out and told me that I needed all new studs and they didnt have the tool (a super long breaker bar) to get my lugnuts off. They said that "when they tried to get the lugnuts off the caps just spun" the guy in the glasses said he "tried stacking multiple sockets together to make the thing long enough to get leverage but he couldnt get it." And "they would have to order the extended breaker bar to do it." I left driving on my bad tire and thankfully made it home safely. My husband had a small crowbar with a lug wrench on one side and wanted to check out what those guys were talking about. I'll include videos for posterity. There was NOTHING wrong with my lugnuts. He used extremely little force (I feel confident I could have managed to do it) and every single nut came off on BOTH front tires. He didnt take them all the way off but just broke them free and tightened them back up. There was ABSOLUTELY NO REASON this tire shop should've had ANY trouble getting my tire off. My husband had to put my spare tire on it in my gravel driveway with an outdated bottle jack and a crow bar/lug wrench tool. Smh I 10/10 would not recommend Mr. Tire. They had also priced the tire for over $200 also so maybe it was a God thing that they didnt get the work done as I will probably be buying my new tires from Walmart.

  Patched my tire for $30 bucks and got me on my way. Didn’t try to upsell me on an unnecessary new tire. Will be back.

  The most honest and helpful experience I’ve ever had. I was traveling through and broke down and they helped me get back on the road the same time. I am very grateful for them! They’re the best!

  I’m from Charlotte, but was in Statesville on a personal errand and noticed my brakes grinding. It quickly got worse and it didn’t seem like a good idea to drive all the way back to Charlotte on grinding brakes. I called a couple of places and Mr. tire was the only one that could get me in same day. Once I got there, they diagnosed the issue and confirmed front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and were able to get me in and out in less than two hours at an incredibly reasonable price. I can’t thank those guys enough for their quick turnaround and their professionalism. Highly recommend!

  Between the accurate diagnosis and swift service, my truck is running great with this being the first repair I’ve had to make since purchasing the truck. Great team!
