  Came out of the grocery store and found a big giant screw in the center of my tire. Went to the store extremely busy Jason at the front desk was extremely kind and patient. Because I was a local he gifted me no charge to fix my tire. I am so impressed with the level of courtesy and professionalism. I will never shop anywhere else for my tires!

  On a Thursday evening at 6:30 started getting a low tire figured we were done looked up and found Mavis tires and called them and they said sure bring it on in might be a little while. Well it didn't take hardly any time they patch my tire and was a nicest people I think I've ever met! I would tell anybody to go there they are great!

  My truck started making a noise and wasn't sure if it was the brakes or suspension related so I brought my truck in. Jason and the guys there immediately addressed my issue. Luckily it wasn't a big problem, just a stuck rock that was making the noise. I don't live in Statesville, but if I did this is where I would take my vehicles based on the fast and friendly service I recieved.

  Woke up this morning, went to go to the hospital to visit my husband. And noticed that my tire pressure light was on. So I went to Mavis, they checked the tires and found that I had a nail in the tire. They did not hesitate at all to pull it in and fix it for me for free. Always have great experiences here and always very friendly, kind, and professional. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Couldn’t ask for a better bunch of employees. And special shout out to service manager Jason Alexander. we have been coming here for a while now and bringing both our vehicles for tires and brakes, and always get the best deals and service around. Again, just want to thank them for their help this morning. It really helped with my stressful situation.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Statesville. After taking my car to several other places and not getting any answers about what was wrong with it, the team at Mavis took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and actually figure out the issue.Everyone I interacted with was professional, patient, and very kind throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. It was such a relief to finally find a shop that genuinely cared about helping me instead of just guessing at the problem.Because of the excellent customer service and the time they took to help me, I will definitely be returning if I have any future vehicle issues. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, and Mavis in Statesville has earned my business. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond!
