  I had such a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Statesville this morning. I originally went in hoping I could just get my tire patched, but it turned out I needed a new tire. Not exactly what I planned on buying today , but Jason, the Service Manager, and Brandon at the front made the whole experience so easy. Both of them were incredibly kind, informative, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured. Honestly, the customer service is what really stood out to me. The shop was clean and inviting, and every single person I interacted with was friendly. Even watching how they treated other customers coming in, it felt like everybody was being greeted like family. I didn’t see one person walk through the door who wasn’t treated with kindness and respect. Jason even took some extra time to talk with me about a lift kit for my Jeep which wasn’t even the vehicle I brought in! He was happy to share his knowledge and give me some recommendations while still taking care of what I actually came in for. Hands down, one of the best experiences I’ve had at a tire shop. Good customer service is becoming harder and harder to find, so when I come across people who genuinely seem to care about what they do and how they treat people, I think it’s worth acknowledging. Thank you, Jason, Brandon, and the rest of the Statesville Mavis team! I will absolutely be back.

  This was my 3rd visit to this location. So far I’ve purchased tires, had brake work done, and today they helped me save a tire that had a leak due to 2 nails/screws they found inside! I am very satisfied with all my encounters at Statesville Mavis and highly recommend Mr Johnnie and his team 😊

  We had a tire that lost air driving south from Virginia twice. The first time I thought it might be altitude change but second one happened so fast I thought it might be a puncture. Since we were still 8 hours from home we were a bit concerned. Long story story short the service manager Jason Alexander at the Statesville NC Mavis Tires & Brakes got us back on the road in a 1/2 hour. It was the altitude change. No charge! You could tell this store was very customer service oriented. I wish all businesses were like this.

  Outstanding customer service! I stopped by Mavis Tires with a lawnmower wheel after the valve stem broke. Even though it wasn’t a car tire, the guys were happy to help. They installed a new valve stem for me and, to my surprise, didn’t charge me anything for it. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about taking care of the customer. It may have been a small job for them, but that kind of service goes a long way and definitely earned my future business. I really appreciate you guys helping me out. Highly recommend!

  We were driving from Florida to Ohio with our two dogs when our car suddenly needed unexpected repairs, and we're genuinely grateful we found Mavis. They were honest, caring, and went above and beyond for us. When they realized the job couldn’t be finished that night, the team stayed open late while we found a hotel and were even willing to drive us there so we had a safe place to stay. Their kindness turned a stressful situation into something manageable. Highly recommend.
