  I pulled in to utilize the free air there. I’ve now young a slow leak in my tire for about a week now, a young gentleman come out and asked if I needed help., They ended up patching my tire for free and what a blessing it was. I did not have the money to fix it as of yet great friendly people they will have my forever business and I will recommend them to everybody.

  I have had great experiences with this Mavis location. They changed my oil and completed a break check earlier this summer. They gave me honest feedback about the state of my breaks so I could utilize them to their full potential and avoid an unnecessary expense by changing them too soon. I was given an appropriate time frame for when to return to have them changed, as well. They even dismounted my old lawn mower tires and mounted the new ones. They are polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be a regular here.

  I came in with a low tire at closing time. They put air in my tire and told me to come back in the morning to check my tires. I did and they found a screw and fixed it. The gentlemen were very nice and concerned as I am an elderly woman. I could have asked for better service and would highly recommend this shop. I for one will return when needed. Thank you Johnnie Smith for your help!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. The team got me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time, even though they were busy. They found the issue with my tire, put a patch on it, and even covered the cost for me. That kind of service is hard to come by these days. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciate the way they took care of me, and I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need tire or brake work.

  During a torrential downpour yesterday, my air pressure light came on in my car. When I stopped at the service station with an air pump, it was clear I must have a nail or something in my tire. Sure enough I had a nail. My husband put the spare on and we set up an appointment with Mavis tire for today at 10 AM. Shawn Johnson and Jason Alexander took great care of us. Shawn is the alignment tech and he did a wonderful job. Jason Alexander met me at the front door and held the door open for me making me feel so welcome. I kind of have FTSD which is flat tire syndrome disorder. I don’t think there’s anything on a car that makes me more nervous than an issue with a tire. They completely took my fear and anxiety away with their kind attitude and they’re willingness to help me.
