  While traveling back to Ohio, something punctured my left rear tire, and it was losing air pressure quickly. We Google searched and found Johnny S. Mavis Tire Shop close by. He was able to get us in immediately and diagnosed the problem. Once he identified the need for a replacement tire, and the size we needed was not in his shop he began calling other Mavis Tire Shops in the area which had the tire size we needed; and made an appointment for us! He did all of this FOR NO CHARGE! Johnny S. Is a good man and I would trust him to work on anyone’s car. Thank you Johnny!

  In a pinch & in a hurry. This gentleman name Brandon came to me and ask what he could do to help me! Very professional!! Had a big hole in my tire thinking I would need to replace the tire but he said hang on let me see if I can plug it for you so you can be on your way! 15 minutes I was on my way ! What is great experience at a tire store thought I would be there for a while. I will be back thanks to Brandon!! Thanks again!! Way it should be!!!

  Brought my vehicle over for flat repair. There was a technician working on my vehicle within 5 minutes. Technician brought over the 1 1/2 bolt that had punctured my tire. They were able to repair tire with just a plug. Prompt professional service and the store manager Johnnie Smith was very helpful. I’m going to recommend this store to all my friends and family.

  Hey Chris here with an announcement Yeah, I went to mavis tire with a tire issue didn’t know where the flat was coming from well if know one has looked out for me mavis sure did fixed my tire and told me to go and give a good review and keep your money in your pocket well I’m giving yall a great review and a special thanks to Mr Johnnie smith thanks a lot I recommend Mavis to anyone

  I cannot thank the fine gentlemen at the Statesville, N.C. Mavis Tires and Brakes shop for going above and beyond to assist me when I needed it most. On a trip from Georgia to West Virginia, I had a flat that we discovered at 4:30 p.m. on Friday afternoon. The shop was to close at 6:00. These wonderful people squeezed me in last minute after I was able to limp my way to their facility. They pulled a ridiculously large roofing nail from my tread, and fixed me right up so that I could be back on my way. They actually held their store open late to finish. Very few places would do that, especially on a Friday. So Thank you to Johnnie Smith and his wonderful team for going out of your way to make sure I was able to get the rest of the way home. If you need work done, please send your business their way. You will not be disappointed.
