  I77 was shutdown from a major accident. We had to get rerouted on back roads to get to our reservation. I called the office and told them our predicament, but after arriving 8 minutes late, they were locked up and closed. Another gentleman arrived shortly after me and had the same story. I always use Enterpise. They have always gone above and beyond for me, which has kept me loyal. This was extremely unfortunate that happened like this at this branch and ultimately thwarted my weekend plans.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tim at Enterprise in Statesville was THE BEST! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and his customer service was excellent from start to finish. After having a horrible experience at the Wilkesboro location, Statesville completely turned things around for me. I went from a 1-star experience to a 5-star experience! Tim was friendly, professional, efficient, and made the entire process so easy. He needs to train the folks in Wilkesboro on customer service! 😂 Highly recommend Tim and the Enterprise Statesville location. Thank you for making what started as a frustrating rental experience end on such a positive note!

  Ive rented from this location many times.Never an issue. Today when we needed a rental badly i call their reservation line,spoke to an actual person,they booked my reservation, sent the confirmation via email. I called just to let them know we were on the way and the agent onsite said" Mr Coffey i was just about to call you and let you know we have no rentals available." I got upset because i dont understand the level of incompetance it would take a company as large as enterprise to go out of its way to screw up this badly. The best thing would have been to tell me on the reservation line we have no cars to rent and we could have gone elsewhere. Poor systems, poor management. Enterprise do better !

  No help at all called Wednesday to make a reservation . Got an email stating my reservation had been confirmed. Get a call on Thursday oh I’m sorry we don’t have a rental for you. But I had a Confirmation number. They said we will try to find you one. So I call today they said they well what has happened is a corporate company has reserved all 3 vans. Really? So because they are corporate my reservation doesn’t matter? They said we will call you in 2 hours 3 hours later no call. I call them no rental they said I’ll call you in 30 min still no call I call back an hour later still no rental. This place is a joke! I’m not one to give bad reviews but this is very unacceptable

  We had a great experience at this Enterprise location yesterday. Unfortunately I do not know the name of the man that helped us, but he was very nice. My daughter's car is being worked on so we were using our insurance to rent from here. He did not limit us to a certain model like the Hickory location. Not that we were trying to get luxury, but we were told (at the Hickory location) because she is 21 we would have to add extra insurance and charge us beyond what insurance would pay if they gave her anything other than a compact car. She drives to Boone several times a week. I feel a lot better with her in a small or mid-sized suv/crossover compared to a mirage. The employee gave her several options and let her start each on up to make sure the AC did not smell like cannabis and covered in pet hair like the Ultima in Hickory. Thank you Statesville Enterprise for being kind and courteous. The manager in Hickory that was very, very rude could learn a thing or two from the team here. BTW the employees in Hickory were nice it was the manager, Shelby, that was incredibly put out by being asked any questions.
