  Reservations mean nothing. My family and I went in to get a convertible and standard SUV that was reserved online and they had NEITHER in stock. They had replacements that would fit our needs but the manager said they were reserved. ... I was not only heartbroken I didn't get my fancy car for my fancy retirement trip but my family was insulted. This location needs great help and Enterprise's online portal is not 100% correct. Also, if you use their online portal, ensure you answer all potential spam calls after that. Oh and plan to be a half day late for the time it takes them to organize, clean, and fuel the car. Good luck or do not try it.

  Second time using Enterprise and once again y’all are awesome and so accommodating! The Rogue I was given was spotless, smelled good, and was comfortable. It is so nice that y’all work directly with Gerber Collision down the street, I was able to leave the keys with them when my truck was repaired and everything was done just like that! Younger guy who helped me when I picked up was very sweet and thorough with info and answering questions. I will be using Enterprise again!

  The car was clean, nice, and filled with gas. The workers were nice and friendly. Thank you for a comfortable ride!!!

  We tried to book a car at the Statesville location through Priceline and after having it confirmed we received a call saying the car was not available. I called back to ask when one would be available and was told there would be two mid size suvs later that day at 5pm. I instead opted to book a car at the Mooresville location, reservation confirmed again and not receiving a call saying there were no cars, we took a cab to pick it up. Only to be told upon arrival that there were no cars available and that they had attempted to call me but I had my phone on me and had no missed calls. I was told the confirmation was inaccurate because I used a third party site. Sooo, I tried booking the car I was told was available back in Statesville through the official enterprise site, reservation “confirmed”, called again to make sure and was told once again they did not actually have any cars available despite what I was told earlier. Total headache and huge waste of time and money. I was finally able to get a car the next day, the smallest most beat up rental I’ve ever gotten was available and it was still very expensive. This business model only angers customers and I have never had such a bad experience renting a car with anyone else before this.
