  Hello to everyone, Statesville location. I was hit by a Nation Wide insurance person and had to get a car. It took 13 days for the Collision facility to fix my vehicle.. Enterprise rental of Statesville said that I'll get my security deposit back when I return the car. When I returned the car they said that I was supposed to return the car a day earlier, that's where they lied because I have no control of when my vehicle was going to be finished so Enterprise car rental didn't give me my security deposit back. Don't rent a vehicle from the Statesville Enterprise car rental.

  The statesville office is great and has always had great customer service and never fell through with the correct rental or any scheduling issues. This would be my preferred rental agency in the surrounding area.

  We had made a reservation almost a month ago for a full size SUV, as we have a 3 month old with lots of things to take with us on vacation and wanted to try and fit the whole family. We went this morning to pick up the vehicle and were told they did not have the vehicle we reserved because they called one time while I was at work and I couldn’t answer, so they cancelled our reservation. Not to mention in the voicemail left, there was no mention that we had to call back or our reservation would be cancelled. They offered a mid size SUV/minivan (which we already have but we needed more cargo space). Incredibly frustrating because now we are left with no vehicle the day before we leave for vacation, with a baby that is gonna be crammed in a car too small to fit all the things he needs.
