- RBRobert BlaineAug 2, 20265.0Great experience with the products and team at this Big Tex location! Shout out to Pete Brownell who honestly saved my family's big summer vacation. I purchased leaf springs and hardware for my old camper trailer at this location, but the axles were nearly impossible for me to find; so Pete took the time to recommend some custom shops that could modify a new axle to fit my camper in a short window of time. His expertise and knowledge of the regional trailer market saved me hours of research--and even then I don't know if I would have found the right place. We just got back from our trip driving about 6,000 miles to the Grand Canyon, up to Grand Teton, and back to Charlotte--and all of the parts held up great. Thank you Big Tex and Pete! Keep up the great customer service!
