The 3 bays were full and the manager asked us to back it up in parking spot and as soon as 1 of the bays was emptied he would pull ours in. We went into waiting area and a little bit a vehicle left so we thought ours would be next but instead they pulled another vehicle that came after us in. Oh and the manager was helping a customer looked like a family member or friend change his oil with the customer helping and they brought their own oil and filter which I wasn't aware you could do that. Then 2 more vehicles were pulled in that came in after us. My husband walked out and asked what was going on and the attendant said they do oil changes first. So we left and will never return. If I could rate in the negative I would.
