  I'm not a member. When I pulled up to asl a specific question, the attendant listened and was very helpful. He was able to get me exactly the service I wanted without trying to upsell me. The vacuum has fantastic suction. Overall a fantastic experience!

  Nothing about the staff or the facility are to blame for this but I find this car wash to not even get weekly dirt off my car. The first three times I was here I thought it was me, I'd have to go through twice and talk to an employee to get them to let me go back through, because my car was not coming out clean. I don't know if it's the detergent or the brushes or lack of water power but my car looks the same going in as it does going out. Everything else about this facility is fine other than the quality of the wash that I get. Sometimes the employees get a bit snippy about letting me go back through, but understandable.
