  I am a local and a regular customer at Enterprise Southport, NC. Every time I have rented a car, the staff is always very friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. The prices are very competitive and the cars are always very clean. The check-in/Return process is always very smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Enterprise Southport, NC if you need a rental.

  I made this reservation over two months ago for a larger SUV. We are driving to Boone for a wedding and wanted to drive together with our family. I got an email the day before we were supposed to pick up our SUV, going over the details and got a confirmation that everything was in order and we should pick up our car the next morning at 8:30. The morning of pickup, at 7:40, I got a call from Enterprise saying that they didn’t have a car for me. They were overbooked. How does this happen. Why would you even have a reservation if they mean nothing . We are ready to leave soon and no car. Our car has a tire leak and the air isn’t working well but we have to go quickly and have the tire looked at so that we can drive it. I am so disappointed in this company as they pride themselves on treating people like they are supposed to be treated. Well, no one deserves this treatment. I will never use them again. Terrible service.

  Rented a large SUV from Enterprise for a trip from North Carolina to Florida. The vehicle was very nice. The only issue I had was that the front and rear windshield washers didn't work. There was washer fluid; the issue was with the washer mechanisms. So I had to clean the windows at gas stations. When I returned the vehicle and explained the situation, the manager reduced the cost by removing a rental day from the contract. I was satisfied with that. Otherwise, the rental was a great experience.

  All the employees were very nice, informative knowledgeable. The vehicle was clean and the overall experience was fantastic. I will definitely use them again.

  I went to make a reservation with the Long Beach Rd. office made the reservation completely normal. Got a confirmation and then the next morning I got an email saying that they had no cars at all no cars in the lot no cars available for rent so for us to be able to make a reservation and not have a car that’s pretty messed up. They definitely need to change that before they get sued cause that’s false advertisement. I’m extremely unhappy and disappointed with the way that the service has been acting and with the way that everything has been treated this needs to be changed for future customers. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. Please do not rent from enterprise.
