Upon returning the car, Riley assisted me during the return process & was exceptional. She transported me to Caliber Collision to pick up my repaired vehicle. I would highly recommend this rental car company & location.

Email from Enterprise confirming in with confirmation number and a statement “you don’t need to call to confirm” Arrived No cars at all Blunt staff “you’ll have to call another branch” Even something like: “I’m real sorry, this happens occasionally….. let’s see if I can find a car in one of our branches nearby”…. would have helped but ‘nope’…… just left me cold Astonishing. Where did customer service go? Don’t Enterprise train their staff at all? They need to take a good look at their in-house training and understand that - ‘other people rent cars too’ Update: the same day, after ENTERPRISE commented on my post: So…. Enterprise want me to chase them now for an apology, or a resolution?! Just amazing….. they really don’t get it, do they!! (out of curiosity - I did go to the link they sent only to read that they had closed down for the weekend!!)
