- SWSean WebsterSep 20, 20265.0Very quick, all I got was an inspection and it barely took 15 minutes
- BMBob MoninSep 18, 20265.0Service team was very professional and performed the required work very promptly
- JSJason SeiberlingSep 5, 20261.0Terrible store. Staff fails to warn about extra fees. Lie on your receipt stating services were completed and were not. Charged for an extra quart of oil though the receipts states the service received included 6 quarts and then charged extra for the 6th quart. Charged extra for a premium filter when you have zero idea if that’s what was used. Area manager stated “sorry, I’ll talk to them”. They could care less that they sucker punch you with charges in the end and lie on the receipt about what actually was done.
- CSCraig ScalfAug 24, 20261.0I will never go back to this establishment again. They only changed my oil and nothing else. I watched them while they “serviced” my truck. They did not check the air pressure in my tires like it stated. The noted pressure on the paperwork was 35 psi and it is actually 32-34 psi across all four tires. They did not check and fill my windshield wiper fluid like it stated or check the status of my battery. Those are the only things I could view from where I was sitting while inside my vehicle. Additionally, the technician said I “needed” a new air filter that I replaced 5,000 miles ago and showed me mine next to a new one. It wasn’t any different from the new one. Lastly, I get to work and check my under carriage of my truck and there is oil all over the bottom of it. I am totally dumbfounded and disappointed in the lack of professionalism and attention to detail at this place. If you go there, don’t say you weren’t warned. They really need to shut the doors if they aren’t going to do the work they say they do. I requested the manager to call me back, let’s see if this happens. I’ll give an update to the outcome of the call.
