- CSCraig ScalfAug 24, 20261.0I will never go back to this establishment again. They only changed my oil and nothing else. I watched them while they “serviced” my truck. They did not check the air pressure in my tires like it stated. The noted pressure on the paperwork was 35 psi and it is actually 32-34 psi across all four tires. They did not check and fill my windshield wiper fluid like it stated or check the status of my battery. Those are the only things I could view from where I was sitting while inside my vehicle. Additionally, the technician said I “needed” a new air filter that I replaced 5,000 miles ago and showed me mine next to a new one. It wasn’t any different from the new one. Lastly, I get to work and check my under carriage of my truck and there is oil all over the bottom of it. I am totally dumbfounded and disappointed in the lack of professionalism and attention to detail at this place. If you go there, don’t say you weren’t warned. They really need to shut the doors if they aren’t going to do the work they say they do. I requested the manager to call me back, let’s see if this happens. I’ll give an update to the outcome of the call.

I have no one else to help me with maintenance on my truck so the fact that I can trust this location to make sure my truck is well maintained and keeping me in the road is very much appreciated. I have one vehicle and three jobs. I depend on my truck to stay running and the staff at the location I go to realize that.
