I already have my loan approved, and I asked him to confirm if the vehicle was still available. He said he would check and never responded back. On top of that, my husband went yesterday to see the vehicle in person. This morning, he contacted another salesperson to let them know we were ready to buy it, and he was told it was already sold. However, when I asked a different salesperson, they told me it was still available, and the listing is still active online. Very poor communication and inconsistent information. I honestly don’t know who is telling the truth. It seems like they are not interested in selling the vehicle.

We worked with Tim Kavanaugh, who was fantastic. Unlike the typical "old school" high-pressure tactics I encountered at other dealerships, Tim was transparent, helpful, and honest. There were no very long "talking to the manager" games to wear us down, and absolutely no forced "nitrogen" add-ons or unethical tricks to pad the price. Everything was smooth, fair, and moved at a natural pace. If you want a transparent, respectful negotiation without the usual dealership drama, go see Tim. Highly recommended!
