I stopped in here for my air conditioning issue and a tire check. The service team here got me in and out in no time! I was even able to look at a couple of new vehicles on the lot while I waited. The waiting room and bathrooms were comfortable and very clean and everyone was so friendly! You couldn't ask for a better place to have your car worked on! We'll be back for sure.

Very good experience. Service Advisor Brooke was very friendly and helpful. Tech found the issue and got it taken care of. Got a video of the car and explanation of what they did as well as an invoice and full written inspection report. Time at the dealership was not too long. Head and shoulders above two other Kia service departments I have been to. I will definitely be using this Kia service dept from now on.

Sarah was nothing short of phenomenal! My husband and I were looking for a new mom car for me, and we ended up finding the perfect one at this dealership with Sarah’s help. She was so personable and never once made us feel pressured into buying. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, and honestly, the whole experience felt like I was just shopping with a family member. She made every step of the process smooth and easy, and I truly can’t rave enough about her customer service! If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, do yourself a favor and go see my girl Sarah!!! ❤️

I Originally Came To Southern Pines Kia For A Routine Oil Change On My 2024 KIA K5 GT-Line. While I Was Waiting, I Was Casually Walking Around The Lot And Ran Into Carlando. We Started Talking, One Thing Led To Another, And The Rest Is History — I Ended Up Leaving In My 2026 K5 GT-Line. Everybody I Dealt With Was Friendly, Professional, And Made The Whole Experience Smooth From Service To Sales And Financing. It Was Definitely Not What I Expected When I Pulled In For An Oil Change, But It Turned Into A Moment I’ll Always Remember. I’m Loving My New K5 And I’d Definitely Recommend Southern Pines Kia. 5 Stars.

Looks as if my review had been erased or moved. 2014 Kia Soul serviced on 6-09-26 at 2:30 pm My 2014 Kia Soul was serviced at Southern Pines Nissan Kia on the date listed above. On July 14, 2026, at approximately 2:58 p.m., I called the service department because I had a question regarding the recent work that had been performed. Although I was told the vehicle was ready that afternoon and I appreciated how quickly the work was completed, I noticed afterward that the car was bogging down when I accelerated. I simply wanted to understand what might be causing the issue. During the call, I asked whether the technicians test-drive vehicles after completing repairs. It was a genuine question, asked calmly and without frustration, as I was trying to determine whether the issue might have been present during the service. Before I could finish my question, I was hung upon. When I called back, I was informed that I would not be able to speak with a technician or anyone else regarding my vehicle. If that is company policy, I completely understand and respect it. However, the conversation felt more argumentative than helpful, which was disappointing. My intention was never to complain about the work that had been completed. I was simply looking for guidance on what my next steps should be so I could prepare for any additional repairs. This vehicle is my primary means of transportation, and it has been serviced exclusively by your dealership throughout the four to five years I have owned it. The interaction improved when I spoke with the service department manager. He took the time to listen to my concerns and offered practical advice about what he would personally check if it were his own vehicle. That was exactly the type of assistance I had been hoping to receive from the beginning, and I genuinely appreciated his willingness to help. After spending nearly $300 on the recent service, I was concerned that the vehicle was still not operating as expected. Before committing to additional diagnostic or repair costs, I wanted to better understand what my options were. I was also informed that towing is covered for up to 100 miles as long as I continue having the vehicle serviced at your dealership. I appreciate that benefit; however, if I have to tow the vehicle back and then pay to have it returned, that becomes an additional expense that is difficult to absorb while money is tight. I understand that the dealership is a business and that repairs and diagnostics come with associated costs. My purpose in reaching out was not to seek free services or dispute the work that was performed. I was simply looking for guidance and a helpful conversation about what the next step should be. This was my primary vehicle for work, as well as helping my mom get to her cancer treatments as well. I had no other choice but to purchase a new car from another car lot next to you guys when I would have loved to keep my business loyal with Southern Pines Nissan Kia, but I did not feel valued any longer.
