  I have all my service needs performance done at this location. The staff is pleasant and courteous. In addition, I had purchased both of my vehicles there. Of course, you can get an affordable price on new models. Get with Angel for purchases and anyone in the service department for service. Thay are all great.

  Didn't change my oil change reminder sticker.. so did they really change my oil!? Also had a different issue that was dismissed but it happened the next day and no one wants to talk about it. Also two stars because they will never receive more than two stars because of a previous issue where a salesman ran my credit without authorization.

  My first time going to the Southern Pines Kia for the first service due on my 2026 Sportage. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service time was short. I was on my way in less than an hour. I was very satisfied with their service.

  I keep forgetting to come back and leave a review, but today I finally have the time. If I could give 0 stars, I would. A few months ago, my husband called this place and made an appointment. A man answered the phone and scheduled it for him. When we arrived, we could tell that the same person my husband spoke with on the phone was the one who came out to “help” us because he had the exact same voice. For some reason, he claimed that my husband did not have an appointment. So you’re telling me that you scheduled an appointment for my husband, then turned around and said there was no appointment when we arrived? We drove over 1 hour and 40 minutes just to be turned away. Very disappointing customer service. Please do not waste people’s time like this. A simple mistake is one thing, but denying an appointment that your own staff scheduled is unacceptable.

  Also, wanted to add Byron financial person was very kind and helpful without trying to aggressively push any products on you. Extremely helpful in giving advise, setting up appointment and making sure we had everything we needed. Kevin our sales person has laid back personality who gently gives you the information and does not aggressively push for a sale. My wife and I had a very good experience here and would recommend dealing with this dealership.
