  Working with Carolyn Lacy was such a refreshing experience. I am not a frequent car buyer and I get rather anxious when it comes time to make a large purchase. Carolyn stuck with me for 6 months until we were able to find the perfect car that worked for me. I will forever be grateful for her patience and kindness towards me throughout this process.

  Terrible! I bought a 2025 Kia K5, brand new with with 0 miles, within 2 weeks check engine lights came on, I took it in for service and they just took the lights off without fixing the issue, 2 days later check engine lights back on, I been in and out service and they did not want to do anything about it even tho they knew how many recalls it had and it’s probably even manufacture damage yet I got stuck with it . Will never buy again!

From start to finish, everything was smooth, stress free, and handled with professionalism. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.   The worst service I ever received ! I made an appointment for my car on April 20th at the Southern Pines Kia. I didn’t receive any notification about my car at all I had to call after 3 days of them having my car, they knew what was going on with the car that Monday and I had to call on Thursday to figure out if they even looked at my car. I got told multiple things about the car until they finally took another look and seen what was wrong with the car. Thursday April 23rd is when he told me what needed to be done I told him to go ahead and fix it. Friday comes and I hear nothing from them so I call Saturday to see if the car was finished because again nobody is communicating with me about the car and the guy tells me they are waiting on a part he will call me back in a few minutes to let let me know when the part will be in and he never called. The car was still not fixed until Monday April 27th it took for me to come up there to talk to the actual manager for them to fix the car. Worse experience ever I will never take my car back here again.
