    Cody and the team were very helpful and accommodating. Although I didn’t have an appointment, they were able to fit me in and were very transparent regarding required versus suggested maintenance and competitive pricing. Not your typical dealership experience with overpriced parts and labor. They had parts on-hand and were able to make repairs and conduct maintenance in a single day without having to order parts, for my specific needs at least. The waiting room for customers is also very nice with comfortable chairs, Wi-Fi, outlets, coffee, water, and pastries.

    Remedy for an improperly installed oil filter (technician failed to place O-ring during oil change leading to a major oil leak that could have had catastrophic results. Once problem IDed, customer discussed matter with the Service Manager. Service manager stated the matter would be addressed with the technician. Service manager also stated that mistakes will be made. I’ve been in Toyota’s for 40 years and have never had any issues with maintenance, so that argument does not float. Not looking at getting anyone fired, but this mistake was not trivial and should not be looked at as routine.

    Sam my sales guy and Cory the manager were absolutely fantastic and straight shooters (no pressure just caring) with me the whole time during the process. I ended purchasing a 2026 Toyota without hassle or trickery. In fact I was going to buy a 2025 gold certified Toyota and Sam and Cory lined out and compared the warranties and the price point difference with my credit score. I ended up going new because it was worth it. I would recommend you go SEE SAM for all your sale needs ASAP for a true and honest process.     I decided last month that I would buy a new car at the end of 2026. I am newly retired and I thought that would be the best time for me to make a major purchase. I happened to be near the Pinehurst NC Toyota dealership a few days ago and thought I would check out the Corolla Cross. I was fairly certain that this was the car I would buy but wanted to take a test drive to be sure. Braden was the first salesperson to approach me and I explained why I was there. After the test drive I was certain that this was the model I would buy...at the end of the year. Braden listened to my reasons for not buying anything on that day and I never felt pressured by him to buy the car. Of course he asked if I was interested in just looking at some financing options, he was doing his job, and I was open to seeing what it would take to purchase this model....again, at the end of the year. This was not my first time buying a car and I knew that I was under no obligation to buy anything until I was ready. But it was the first time a salesperson didn't try to force a sale. Braden made me feel at ease and that I could stick to my original plan. Surprisingly, I was offered a fair deal on my trade in and the financing would fit my budget, as I described to Braden. After much thought (Braden allowed me to take my time), I decided to buy the car and I have no regrets about the decision I made not to wait. I would definitely refer anyone interested in buying a car to this dealership and to make sure to ask for Braden.

    We arrived wanting to look at a Hyundai Santa Fe. I went into that office and it was like a ghost town. Nobody was in there.So we saw another salesman out on the lot who was very nice and helped us. However, he worked mainly with the Toyota dealership. So when we took the test drive he did not know much about the car we were looking at We bought the car late on a Sunday evening and we're told we would have to come back to have somebody explain more of the features on the car which is understandable. After getting home, we realized that the back captain chair was not working. So I went up there on Monday to see if it was something simple. Nobody could figure it out. So I went into the AutoShop that's right there on-site that they spoke very highly of when we purchased the car made an appointment for Tuesday at 7:45. I get there Tuesday at 7:45. They can't find the appointment in the system. I was told I could go ahead and leave the car and they would update me I have the app that came with a car that lets me know when it's unlocked or moved, it was not touched until 1:40 By the end of my workday, I had to call up there to find out what was going on. I was told that they needed to order a part. And it would be in the next day I could either leave my car or pick it up. On Wednesday morning, I get a call around 730 saying that the part never came in that it should be there that day. And I said, ok, well, call me when the park comes in. And depending on what time it is, either, I'll drop off my car or we'll set up a day for it to come in. Never got a call back on. Wednesday I didn't get a call Thursday. Didn't go to call Friday. They spoke very highly of their auto department. But so far I'm not very impressed. You would think if you purchased a car and something was wrong with it, and it's brand new that they would want to work hard to fix the situation which has not been the case so far.
