  I dropped off my car for service on7/8/26 they ordered a part needed and got it “fixed” by today 7/9/2026 as I’m leaving the shop the engine light turns back on so I go back inside and they tell me they are done for the day and cannot see me until Monday 7/13/2026 it’s kinda hard to be without a car for 5 days around this area and no one seemed to apologize for the inconvenience

  If I could give zero stars for Keith Mars, I would. Keith took it upon himself to authorize work that I did not approve. When I arrived at the dealership, I discovered that my tires had been rotated and my oil had been changed—neither of which needed to be done. In fact, my husband had changed my oil just a few days earlier. When I spoke with Keith about the situation, he claimed that my father had authorized the work, which was simply not true. I was very disappointed by the lack of communication and honesty throughout this experience. I would strongly recommend being cautious when dealing with Keith at Pinehurst Toyota. Aside from this issue, my experience was wonderful, especially with the rental car service, which was excellent. Hailey (I hope I’m spelling your name correctly), you were amazing. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and for taking the time to fix the situation. Your willingness to listen and help turned a frustrating experience into a much better one. I truly appreciate your excellent customer service.

  To the owners of Pinehurst Toyota 1 word Donna! She handles your rental car division flawlessly. She left for a bit & things were crazy for a year round renter. Upon her return things are back to normal. Please know that she goes above & beyond daily. I have contacted her during her shift, after her shift, & even after she left. She took care of every issue even while not working for you. I wanted to nominate her for local outstanding service person thru the Pinehurst community but couldn't find anything. Please acknowledge this employee she works hard & is a great asset to your team. Thats why I continue to work with your dealership. Thank You Ms Donna - 5☆☆☆☆☆service

  5/5 Stars Huge shoutout to Nick at Pinehurst Toyota for helping me get into my new Toyota 4Runner! From the moment I walked onto the lot, Nick was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was patient, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. He walked me through all the features of the 4Runner and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The entire buying process was seamless thanks to his expertise and great customer service. If you're heading to Pinehurst Toyota, definitely ask for Nick!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Car Buying Experience We recently purchased a Toyota Corolla Cross, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. What can often be a stressful process was made smooth, straightforward, and enjoyable. They worked hard to get us a great deal and were transparent throughout every step of the purchase. The financing team was equally impressive.
