  The service department at Pinehurst Hyndai and Toyota are the best service department I've ever been to. The staff are very professional, helpful and kind. They did an excellent job servicing my Tucson and did it in a very timely manner. They are better than any other service department anywhere! A++++++ 100% best. No other service department can even compare to this service department. All the other service departments could only dream of being as good as Pinehurst Hyndai and Toyota service department. I can't wait to get my Tucson serviced again!

  Went in for a trade-in for my GMC truck and 4 runner. We were able to work out a great deal thanks to Corey (sales manager) and Marquis (sales assistant). Also wanted to give a shout out to Chris in the finance department. The team at Pinehurst went above and beyond to assist with working out a deal that works best for me and my family. Thanks again Pinehurst we could not be more excited about our new purchases.

  The staff of Pinehurst Toyota could not have been friendlier throughout our car buying experience. We intended to get a good used car but walked out with a new 2026 Camry LE. Before deciding on an HEV vehicle, we had to do our research and ask lots of questions. In the end, the Camry LE reputation gave us the confidence to venture into this new-to-us technology. Their website inventory search was very helpful. It provides Carfax info, mileage and car options/features with lots of photos. We definitely recommend that potential buyers review their inventory. We are happy with our purchase! So far, we are averaging 46 mpg and have traveled almost 500 miles. Her name is Ruby, because her color is supersonic red. :) Thanks to Garrett A. for helping us navigate and set up the infotainment services.

  Sales associate great, smart, kinda and very easy to deal with, however truck was sold to us under gold certification program and PCS system as well as adaptive cruise are non functioning due to modification to truck. Whole reason fell in love with truck was due to apperance. Scheduled a repair with service dept and lead mechanic Cody Reed stated that could not be repaired without replacing wheels, tires and putting back to factory ride height and that sales dept was made aware prior to sale. None of this was disclosed at time of sale and after numerous attempts to get this resolved management just ghosted us. Very disappointing and would not recommend.

  I had such a great experience at Toyota of Pinehurst! Tyler and Corey were both absolutely wonderful to work with. They were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel comfortable and straightforward. I never felt pressured, and I really appreciated how they took the time to work with me and answer all of my questions. It’s not every day you have a genuinely great car-buying experience, but Tyler and Corey definitely made this one a positive experience for me. I highly recommend asking for them if you’re looking for a vehicle! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
