I cannot say enough amazing things about Richard and Cat at Enterprise. I came in dealing with an issue with my reservation (completely out of their control), and honestly, I was pretty nervous to even ask for help. These days, it feels like so many customer service experiences end with a shrug or a “there’s nothing we can do.” I was bracing myself for that… and instead, I got the exact opposite.
From the moment I approached them, they greeted me with genuine smiles, warmth, and such a calm, capable energy—even while they were clearly juggling a busy store and helping multiple customers at once. Not only did they take the time to really listen, but they made me feel like my situation actually mattered. There was no rushing, no dismissiveness—just kindness, patience, and a real desire to help.
And somehow, despite everything they had going on, they went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed. It honestly felt like a masterclass in what customer service should be. Thoughtful, human, solution-oriented, and kind.
They completely turned my day around, and I walked out feeling so grateful (and honestly a little blown away). Enterprise is incredibly lucky to have Richard and Cat managing the store—they are absolute gems, and their level of care and professionalism is something you just don’t come across often anymore.
Five stars doesn’t even feel like enough. Thank you both for being so wonderful—you made a stressful situation feel easy and taken care of, and I truly appreciate it!
