  The most incompetent , uncoordinated, unreliable place I have ever dealt with. Booked a rental online for 9 a.m. They call me the morning of and tell me they won’t have one available until later in the afternoon so I cancel. Why does it allow you to book a rental and give you confirmation if there isn’t even a rental available for the date and time you book it for. I would have went elsewhere if I would have known that I would be unable to get the rental when I am scheduled to. I then receive a text about an available rental at 11:30. I call back to confirm the rental and pick up time. Everything was good. Cancellation removed, rental and pick up time confirmed. I get somebody to leave work to give me a ride to pick up the rental. I get there and they tell me there is a $300 deposit on top of the $225 rental fee which was not stated anywhere during booking or on the phone. But okay it’s whatever you get the deposit back anyways so I get ready to do it. Then they tell me they won’t have a rental for me until the next day because my rental was canceled. I told them I spoke to them and they removed the cancellation and confirmed a vehicle for me to pick up at 11:30 and even had 2 confirmation text to prove it and they tell me I must have spoke with somebody in their reservation department. What does that matter? If the reservation department confirmed a rental and pick up time how is the information not in your system and how does the reservation department confirm a rental for your location if you supposedly don’t have any cars whatsoever available on your lot. Enterprise is a joke. Complete waste of time. Will never attempt to do business with them again.

  The convenience of the location Enterprise was and that the deal they have with Gerber Collision makes drop off and pick up very simple

  Awful service! Showed up to pick up my reservation this morning and was told they gave it away to someone else. There were 5 or 6 people waiting to get their cars ahead of me. They told me if I wanted to wait an hour, they could probably find me something. Why bother making a reservation if they aren't going to hold the car for you? Most unorganized and mismanaged car rental place I've ever been to, and I've been to many. Avoid!

  This exact location just cost anyone I know from ever going to any enterprise rental car after I post this review and inform anyone I know. Here goes the story in short form. I call down and reserve a car, all is good until I get there. I am helping my pastor and his wife who is also a pastor move from WV to Southern Pines,NC and then get my hotel next to enterprise. I walk there and go to get my car and then am told they don't take debit cards only credit cards. So wouldn't the time to tell me this was when I called not when I arrived there after I have zero way to get around. So The dread lock pronoun tells the girl I am talking with to step aside and informs me that it can't do anything even if I can get a credit card from someone because they are not the driver, I said something to the effect this is BS and pronoun makes a coy remark about oh you talk like that. I do when you are coy arrogant and act like you give a crap when you really love having power to watch people go through a crisis instead of problem solving and really caring about the reputation of Enterprise as a whole. So I called corporate and escalation department said nothing they could do then I called back and then I get a white girl professional that gave me a very simple solution, that I couldn't use, but it was a solution that the others that must not be trained enough to offer. This location has many 1 star reviews and for good reason. So then I have my pastor try to rent a car to drive me back home from the same enterprise place just two hours later and they confirmed it online tgat they had a car and she goes down to get it and all the sudden they don't have a car, so strike two. Then off to Fort Bragg area enterprise to get a car 50 minutes further away finally get a car from enterprise and head home what a complete joke. This manager should be fired ASAP and this is just the short story. I even think my military Navy hat had something to do with my treatment because I explained being a 100% DAV and zero give a ships. Never ever again Oh! It is documented and you can look it up... you all have my information Lynette.
