Crooks. This place is trying to charge me $3700 for damages to a vehicle that was an emergency tow 3 months ago to the Fayetteville airport. The claim says Jamroc towing on 3-11-26 when the emerging tow was with J&P towing on 3-6-26. Enterprise is terrible and the road side assistance is beyond help. If this company attempts to blame you for false charges do not back down and report them to consumer affairs and the BBB.

I need you make sure my car is available on July 5th 9 AM reservation because I was on hold 4 times this week for over 1 hour each. Your reviews suggest you dont seem to honor reservations and sell out of cars leaving people without transportation. Please honor your inventory to demand requests properly. Thanks!!!

Reserved a 7-passenger van on April 4 for the week of June 27–July 5. At 5:58 p.m. on June 26, I received a voicemail asking me to call back to confirm my 12:00 p.m. pickup on Saturday. I called back at 6:01 p.m.—surprise, surprise—they had already closed at 6. Saturday morning, I called the branch four different times and spent over two hours on hold without ever speaking to a single person. We arrived at the branch at 12:45 p.m. and were told they didn’t have a van available. The only van on the lot needed an oil change and couldn’t be rented. CAT then offered us a Traverse and asked if we’d like to look at it. We initially declined and simply asked if there was any type of credit or compensation available for the inconvenience. Her response? “You asking for a credit… I don’t think we’ll want to rent to you.” Shocker. A few minutes later, she sent another employee out to tell us the Traverse was suddenly “already reserved” and no longer available. Funny how she couldn’t come tell us that herself. When I pointed out that it certainly seemed like we were no longer being offered the Traverse because I asked for a credit, she came out from the back visibly irritated, extremely rude, and completely unprofessional. This is the Assistant Branch Rental Manager. If this is how the branch is managed, it’s no surprise reservations fall through or that there are so many one-star reviews. If she’s responsible for training employees, that explains a lot. Do yourself a favor and rent from another Enterprise location. We were forced to scramble for a last-minute replacement, pay an additional $300, and drive all the way to RDU just to salvage our vacation. Whoever oversees this branch needs to take a hard look at its management. Customers shouldn’t reserve a vehicle nearly three months in advance only to be treated like an inconvenience when Enterprise fails to honor the reservation.

This enterprise has the absolute best staff. Richard was the original person that helped me. I can’t remember the woman’s name (maybe Shelly? Something with an S I believe) that also helped me. They are the most kind and compassionate staff even after everything they have to deal with from people on a day to day basis. They were beyond helpful to me when I was literally having the worst day. Promotions .. raises .. lol they deserve it I have never had customer service like that in my life. Thank you for making a bad day a little easier to deal with.

Nearly impossible to get these folks to actually do their job, especially when they'd have to actually answer the phone to do so. Such a shame that insurance companies require you to use them when there is no competition, so there is no selection of cars and when you actually do speak to someone it is a guarantee that a promise will be broken. Today is the 4th day of trying to reach them to switch out a car they promised me on Monday. Today spent 30 minutes (twice!) on hold waiting before getting cut off both times. Pathetic.
