A special shoutout to the manager, Chris. While customers were waiting in line, he stayed productive by topping off fluids on the vehicles before they even reached the service bay. That level of organization and initiative kept everything moving smoothly and showed great leadership. He was spot on with the service, and the whole process was quick, organized, and stress-free. I definitely recommend this Valvoline!

I opened my door after my oil changed to find my entire glove compartment items on the ground. There were also two screw pieces of my glove compartment that was also on the ground. I had to ask them where the black screws popped out of that were on the ground with all my compartment items. Next, after I picked everything up I had to ask them to reset my oil light gauge as well. Definitely not top quality service I would normally anticipate.
