  Came in for an oil change as we were passing through Smithfield. They brought me a bottle of water while they took the information for my vehicle. Kerry was a pleasure to work with and he went over the options for my vehicle. After I made my selections he and his team went to work. The whole experience was done in about 15 minutes. They showed me my air filters both cabin and engine air filter that were clean and then reinstalled. Everything was super easy and convenient. Absolutely recommend Kerry and his team at the Smithfield location.

  I brought my newly acquired 2015 Chevy Malibu for a full synth oil change, oil filter, air, and cabin filter. Guys were awesome very courteous.Young dude talked to me as I waited discussing what I was looking for. Everything went smooth. Pulled right in. Gave me my options very transparent about everything. Then they changed my cabin air filter behind my glove box. Tough to get to but I was patient. Eventually got it open and removed the very dirty filter that was in there. Putting the new filter was as challenging as getting the little door open. Which was fine. I told the man putting it in the air flow arrow for the filter needs to be facing down. Any body who has been around cars knows cars take in air from the engine not out. After a while they called another man to come over I'm assuming was their manager. After the other mechanic told him the arrow needs to be facing down he shoved it in with the arrow up. I spent $200 at this visit. As soon as I got home I had to pry the door back open and flip the filter back around. Next time a customer or employee tells you something important don't ignore it. Or learn how filters work....

  I had my oil changed and the guy tells me my oil filter has a small leak and I informed him that they were the last people to change to my oil and he walks away awkwardly. I then watched them remove my air filter from under the hood and noticed a conversation that I couldn’t make out and the guy walks to my window very carefully carrying the filter and shows me a tiny leaf on it and says my filter needs to be changed. The filter was visibly clean other than this tiny leaf. I said no thank you, I only need an oil change. Everything is ok so far until I saw what happened next. Instead of flicking off the little leaf and reinstalling the filter, he made sure to carefully keep the leaf on it as he reinstalled it! That is the last oil change they will ever get from me!
