  Darn and Kevin were exceptional workers. It was only them two and about eight of us customers. They tag teamed working on two cars at a time and did everything efficiently and most importantly, with professional kindness. It was clearly a stressful situation and neither of them showed I'll temper or frustration. I highly recommend them. They explained everything to me about my vehicle and did it with a smile.

  Kevin was very kind and sweet, offered us water and made sure we were good while Dustin inspected our car. Very quick and efficient staff who were so nice to my husband and myself! Even Kelly walked by and greeted us so very friendly staff, great prices, highly recommend!

  Great experience! Bobby and Dustin were very helpful, service was quick, while they were working Bobby cleaned the front passenger side of my vehicle. Pricing was great and they were super friendly. I never been here before but they are definitely my go to now!

  Had my vehicle inspection done at Strickland Brothers in Smithfield, and it was a great experience! The whole team was super friendly, helpful, and had me in and out quickly. Kevin was especially great! He was professional, welcoming, and made the process easy. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Kevin! I’ll definitely be back.

  Came in this morning and have been sitting here for almost 25 minutes and no one has said anything. Usually someone would greet people that come in but nothing and I find it very unprofessional. Only one person here getting their car done too. Was getting ready to leave and got in my car when I guy with longer hair tried coming up to my window and when I told him I was referred here and was leaving after being very disappointed in waiting so long and not one person said anything until I was leaving and that I would be leaving a review and he replied loudly with Whatever. I would not recommend this place. Quality 1st however down the rd was very welcoming as soon as I walked in and I would recommend them!
