- AAArmyvet60Jun 12, 20265.0First, staff was very friendly. Was told by Ford dealership several months back in Raleigh that rear brake pads needed servicing. Went today to Johnson’s auto to have brake pad replaced and was told brake pads were fine. Had at least another 10,000 miles. I appreciate the honesty because they could have easily replaced my pads today. I will be going back to have my brakes serviced when the time comes.
- JRJoseph RayterJun 8, 20265.0We had an issue with a CEL and reduced power on our vehicle. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. Upon starting the vehicle the next morning, the CEL was gone and ran as well as it always did. Still, I dropped it off to have it checked out and left it for a few days for any repair needed. The shop check stored computer codes but could not accurately diagnose an actual problem. It must've self corrected itself. Ricky and his team were very honest in the way they treated us, even refused to charge us for their effort. A very honorable way of doing business, seldom seen in this day and age. Very impressed and appreciated! Thank You!
