  I had an outstanding experience with the team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Smithfield, NC. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service is a top priority for everyone there. Not only did they take great care of me, but I also observed how consistently they went above and beyond for other customers as well. It’s rare to see such a strong, unified culture focused on customer satisfaction, but this team truly embodies it. Every interaction was professional, friendly, and efficient. They made what could have been a routine rental experience feel easy and genuinely enjoyable. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental.   Josh is so nice there .I hope we never have to remt another vehicle for the reason we have had to over. Total loss and last was hitting a deer total loss was a deer also but if we wld need a rental ot wld definitely be at Enterprise .we went to Smithfield Nc. Vehicles always clean and Josh is so professional.
