  Mike and Brianna were both very helpful and as prompt as they could be with it being busy when I got there. Car was in good condition, drove well and it was an easy transition with the car and then again when it was returned! Thanks, guys!

  Beware! 839 N Brightleaf BLVD. Smithfield NC 27577 is trash! This location has no inventory, gave us no courtesy of the lack of inventory beforehand and to top it off, they were very rude! We reserved a mid-sized vehicle for a road trip but to our dismay, our confirmed vehicle was "being serviced ". We were not offered an upgrade a credit, an apology, nothing! They lied about their system being operational, lied about their phone working, offered no recourse, just left out hanging, even told us to go elsewhere. If you're looking for reliable service and transportation, I'd run the opposite direction!
