  Service Team + Sale Associate went above and beyond! On a road trip and had a minor tank issue. Very kind to make time on a busy day to ensure I knew how to fix it and other small issues I encounter and how to maintain my Jeep. THANK YOU for providing amazing service!

  Thanks Deacon Jones Jeep for repairing our Gladiator. I had my Jeep serviced at my home Jeep dealership prior to leaving on vacation. I was given the green light that all was good to go, but almost 600 miles into my trip it started running rough. At closing on a Friday I dropped my Gladiator off for service at Deacon Jones and proceeded on to my destination in the RV that was accompanying me. I was notified Tuesday by text of the main issue and gave permission to proceed. Thursday the work was completed. I was unable to pick my Jeep up until the following Tuesday which my service liaison said was no problem. My Deacon Jones Service Department liaison Shannon kept me informed and less nervous about leaving my property 4 states away during repairs. I took Amtrak from Baltimore to Selma, NC, Ubered to a hotel within walking distance to Deacon Jones. Picking up my Jeep at Deacon Jones I noticed what a nice facility it is. My Gladiator is 5 years old and I’m still loving it. I’ve not had an issue with it acting up until this incident when a spark plug decided to fail and had carbon buildup. I was informed this usually happens when vehicles are not driving much. My first thought was, did you notice the mileage?? This vehicle gets a lot of road time. But I’ll be sure to give it more expressway driving, hoping to keep the plugs clean. I’m thankful it was only a spark plug issue!!!

  Can't seem to get the salesman(Michael Cherry) that responded to our Internet request to get back with me. I guess they got enough business. I hope the right person in management sees this and will respond. UPDATE: To address your response and your response to many reviews. It seems to me you would pass this along to an owner or someone who gives a crap about what people are saying about the name Deacon Jones and they have one of their used cars dealerships making bad impressions. Obviously many people other than me are reviewing the wrong location as you try to explain. Don't take the easy way out by saying "this is not the dealership, we have no sales record". I want to speak with an owner, until I do I will continue to send out bad reviews. Search the name Michael Cherry in your database and find out who his manager is. I will only remove this post when I am contacted.

  We were Southbound on I95 when our warning lights lit up the dash and the engine began to sputter. We got off the next exit and found an auto parts store that would do a scan to see what codes were activated. I asked if there was a Dodge / Chrysler dealer nearby. They directed us to your place. It was late afternoon by then and we visualized a long and expensive ordeal. I met Brian Butler the service advisor, and his professional and relaxed attitude put us at ease. He told us that he could not get to it that late in the day and even drove us to a hotel to stay the night! The next morning he had Edwin Jones the technician diagnose the problem. He impressed me by how accurate he was and the procedures he followed to get to the real source. That afternoon we had our van back and the problem had disappeared. We were able make it the 7 hours home with no incidents and it is running smoothly. Very reasonable price as well. We were very pleased with the quality of work that your service department provides and the Customer service attitude of all of your people at Deacon Jones Auto Group. Nice people doing great work!
