  Peter Ehart and the entire team we met with made our buying experience a pleasurable one! Peter is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He helped guide us through the entire process to purchase the right boat. I want to thank Hank and Frank for delivering the boat to our lake house and the time they were willing to spend with us going over the features of the boat and answering all of our questions. An amazing experience!!! We will be doing business again in the near future.

  I am writing to share what has been an outstanding experience purchasing a new Cobalt CS23 from Lake Norman Marina. In particular, I’d like to recognize Chris Tyrolt, our sales consultant throughout the process. From our initial interaction, Chris was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to ensuring we were comfortable every step of the way. Most notably, he made himself available for a test drive while I was passing through town on a business trip and even took calls on his day off to answer questions. Chris is an excellent representative of Lake Norman Marina, and his efforts speak volumes about his dedication to customer service. Jason Snelgrove was also very helpful in coordinating closing, storage, and delivery. Everyone we encountered at Lake Norman Marina made a fantastic impression. From Lisa at reception to Hank, the Marina Manager, to Frank, who handled delivery—everyone was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The boat was delivered last weekend to our marina in Lake Toxaway, NC, and the entire process—from initial inquiry through delivery—was seamless and enjoyable. As first-time boat buyers, that made a huge difference. We’re excited to spend many years making memories on our new Cobalt CS23, and we’re grateful to the team at Lake Norman Marina for making this such a positive experience. Highly recommend.

  Purchased used boat from LNM. Great experience through the buying process, however boat was delivered undetailed and dirty. Have been notified on multiple occasions that LNM will be picking the boat up to detail and make small repairs as well as replace the gas tank (warranty issue). It's been 30 days and LNM still has not scheduled an appointment after multiple promises to do so. LNM may be great for new boat purchases, but I would recommend staying away from them for used boats. They're follow through after the sale is lackluster. The only reason for two stars is that the buying process was simple.
