  These guys go above and beyond. They answered several questions I had about my vehicle. I am a single, senior female and these guys don't talk to me like I'm an idiot. They treat me with the utmost respect. I would recomend the Shelby guys to everyone.

  Great service would recommend. The manager spoke to me and he was super nice and it took less than ten minutes. Free water as soon as you get there and an air freshener when done.

  Highly recommend the Shelby NC location. By far had the absolute BEST customer service! Marcus Shives (name on receipt) and the other Tec guy that was working with him is the type of employees that make a company succeed and keeps customers coming back! As busy as they were as soon as I pulled up I was very politely greeted. They were able to answer my questions with out hesitation. They went above and beyond doing an awesome job.

  The two gentlemen that helped me were friendly, helpful, and transparent about the whole process. They offered me a bottle of water when I pulled up and were considerate of my time. They changed my oil, provided a state inspection, and replaced my engine air filter quickly and efficiently.

  Marcus and Jt were absolutely amazing today, went through all my fluids and even offered to check my engine and cabin air filter free of charge unless they replace it, they don’t push you to buy extra things, just recommend what could be useful for you and your vehicle, STRONGLY recommend this place for a quick and stress free service!!
