  I recently ordered two tires through SimpleTire and had them shipped directly to Mr. Tire for installation. I received confirmation from both SimpleTire and FedEx that the tires had been delivered to the store prior to my scheduled appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that the tires could not be located. I provided the FedEx delivery confirmation, but the store was still unable to determine where my tires were. As a result, I was unable to have the tires I purchased installed as scheduled. What has been most disappointing is the lack of communication and urgency in resolving the situation. I was told that I would have to wait until Monday for someone to look into the matter further, and I have yet to receive a follow-up call with any additional information. I understand that mistakes happen, but when a customer’s purchased tires are delivered to a business and then cannot be located, I would expect the situation to be treated with greater urgency and the customer to be kept informed. Unfortunately, based on how this situation has been handled, I will not be using Mr. Tire again.

  Chevy dealership had no availability so I stopped here. Price for oil change was 50% more expensive than Chevy dealership 🤔 Jennifer did a price match and helped, but still went over 10% of Chevy dealer price which was fine. Oil change sticker provided date of service and current miles, not the mileage to return 😂😂😂 To get to the point, it’s a hole in a wall that has potential but may need a new manager or brought out by new management.

  Went to for a tire repair! Staff was very nice. But 2 months later that tire kept going low 1-3 times a week! Finally got tired of needing to fill it back up! I live about an hour from this shop, so took it to a different shop closer to home wondering if I didn’t have a 2nd puncture they missed… Only to be told that this location’s rough patch job the was leaking by! Fortunately the new shop was able to remove the original patch and repair it properly! Definitely can’t recommend getting a tire patched up here!
