Not only did Jacob at Monroe answer my call, he also gave me the best price! He ordered the tire Wednesday and scheduled to work me in at lunch on Thursday to accommodate my schedule. I came to the shop Wednesday at 12 and I was back at work with minutes to spare on my 1 hour lunch break. I am so thankful they were able to help me! Also, can we just appreciate the beautiful waiting room??
