- CCCameron CraigApr 23, 20261.0Came in for an alignment and they got me in really quick after work, but after leaving I still had drift to my wheel and there printer wasn’t working to show results so they sent a picture … and they left my camber 1.26 while other was 1.0something it was still green but can we not go above and beyond and make sure they match? I rather the inside not wear out faster
- HCHeather ChelseaApr 18, 20261.0Actual worst experience with a mechanic in my life. Brought it in for a tire change, that went fine (it's the only thing I semi recommend them for) and an alignment. They then they listed what all my car needed done, which cool I can do that. Bring my car in a couple weeks later for the shocks and struts and a tie rod. Guy says he'll do the tie rod and another alignment for free since it just had it there. Cool, sounds good. They end up taking longer that day to get the part and I have to pickup the next day. The next day, different guy gives a price that is about double what was quoted and is now charging for the tie rod and alignment and says the guy we worked with the day before isn't there that day. Okay... Fine. Paid it. Leave and the car is making a scraping noise. Have to bring it back. They knocked something out of place... Cool. Bring it back. They fix this. Get home, car has a nail in the tire that doesn't look like an old nail laying on the road, but a shiny pristine new nail that I feel like had to be from their shop. And I just can't anymore. Spend your money somewhere else that actually cares about the work they do and what they quote customers.
