- AWAutumn WaltonAug 18, 20261.0Don’t bother making a reservation. They won’t have the vehicle available when you arrive. They will send you to another branch, that also will not have your reserved vehicle available. I was told it was because I booked late, but judging from many of the other reviews, even sixth months isn’t enough time for them to have a vehicle ready and available. The lady at the front desk in Shelby is apparently the only person working for enterprise at this branch or the Gaffney branch that’s had a sort of upbringing or training. The attitudes and behavior of the management at both location explains the hot mess of a “business” they run. Calling their customer service is also a waste of time. Save yourself time and frustration and just contact a different rental company altogether.

They have really hard working employees that make sure customers have what they need. Kyle, Timothy and Sara always say "Hello " and greet customers with a smile. Kyle and Timothy always go above and beyond to help. It really means a lot to have great employees that really care..They have fast check in and check out time when picking up my vehicle. I really love and appreciate each employee that work at this location! You all are the BEST!! See you soon! Brenda
- EEEmily EddyAug 7, 20264.0My partner and I rented a car for a weekend trip. The tires were not properly inflated; they were supposed to be 39 psi, one front tire was 27, and the other front tire was 55 which is super dangerous. If you rent from here please check your tires before a trip. The car also was not totally clean inside and there was sticky stuff on the emergency brake area, but otherwise everything was okay, easy pick up and drop off and fair prices overall.
