I made my reservation 5 months in advance to have a full size SUV for my family vacation. From your website, a Tahoe, Expedition, Wagoneer, or Armada. Trying to do my due diligence, a few days in advance, I called my local Enterprise in Shelby to see if I needed to be early for my 12:00 reservation when their office actually closes at 12:00. Lady informs me that the vehicle return list isn’t going to allow me to get that SUV I reserved 5 MONTHS AGO. Instead, they want to put me in a minivan. Now my family is gonna stuff our suitcases in the trunk of our Accord and drive to Florida a little cramped. All because Enterprise has a crappy business ethic and doesn’t care about your customers preference. Stop treating customers like a number. A 7 passenger minivan is NOT the same as a full size SUV!

They offered no solution. Absolutely do not recommend if you need a vehicle. UPDATE: I did as the reply suggested. They confirmed I had an 8 seat SUV and that the in store person was wrong. They still said they couldn't give me the car. At least they admitted they were wrong, but they offered no method by which to get a vehicle.
