- JSJonathan Swindle3 days ago1.0Got a rental threw insurance, because my truck was side swiped ( not at fault ). Picked the car up on 3/4 of a tank and brought it back on 3/4 of a tank. Charged me $94.00 for 7.5 gallons of gas . Said I didnt bring it back with the amount of gas the car left with. Came back clean, without a scratch, nor smoked in. Still havent recieved my $50.00 deposit. Will never do buisness with these people again.

They tried to push lower class cars and older models, even though they actually had the correct class available at the location. They never called me back to tell me it was there, and it felt like they were hiding it on purpose. When I refused to accept a downgrade, they became rude and even asked me to leave. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable experience.
