  I had an excellent experience with Dave the manager and Summer at the Enterprise in Shallotte, NC. Dave handled my transaction and made the entire process smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cared about providing great customer service. Summer was also incredibly kind and welcoming, helping create a positive atmosphere the moment I walked in. Both of them treated me with respect and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s refreshing to find people who genuinely care about helping others. I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone needing a rental vehicle. Thank you, Dave and Summer, for such outstanding service!

  5 star from check in to check v out. Great people. working at shalotte nc location. Car was so clean, no smokey smells and a full tank of gas...come on..that's service .

  I rent regularly for business and I have to say that Summer, Dillon and David are simply amazing- they go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They frequently anticipate my needs- and when something can't go the way it was planned or there is an issue, which happens with every company sometimes, they work quickly to resolve- no to provide an even better experience. I don't always rent from Shallotte, but when I have to I know I will be well cared for and have a positive experience! Enterprise- give these folks a raise!

  This was an insurance rental. I hated the car but it's not Enterprise's vault. Nissan Versa is the worst car I ever drove.👎 I was stuck with it for a month!
