  Terrible experience with this location. I booked a car about 2 weeks in advance for a trip I was taking early on a Wednesday morning and I was picking the car up on Tuesday evening at 5pm. They called the day before I was due to pickup to confirm pickup time. I got a call on Tuesday at 4:42pm saying that they didn't have a car for me. I was obviously pissed when I hung up with them and I guess the clerk told the supervisor who called me back and said they would try to work something out. Sat on hold for a while, got hung up on. Then they finally called back and said they could "upgrade" me to a SUV. I specifically reserved a smaller car for the gas mileage. He said he'd try to switch but by that time I'd had enough and moved on. Will not use this location again, do not recommend.

  Absolute mess of a location. Horrible customer service and very lazy. I had a reservation for a while.. then 1 hour before time to pick up I get a call "sorry we dont have cars and wont know when or if we do get more". When I asked if I would get one that day at all they just said "Just find somewhere else.. there is a place an hour away you may get one from". No help, no responsibility, no info..

  We had to rent a car when ours broke down on our way to the beach. The people were so kind and considerate.

  I picked up a car at this location. Immediately entered the car and it reeked of cigarettes. I returned inside and explained to the attendant that the car was not satisfactory due to the smell, she stated that she would make note of it on my account. I drove the car for 10 minutes and within that time, I developed a horrible headache. I immediately turned around to head back to this location as I could not drive across the country for four days in this car. While driving back to this store, I had my partner call the store number 7 times and no one answered the phone. When we arrived 5 minutes before closing, the location was already closed. I returned home, and called corporate. They were very apologetic and said that I could return the car in the morning and exchange it for an upgraded car. I returned to the store at 8:00am the following day and received an “upgraded” car. Upgraded in that it was slightly larger; however, the car was completely dirty and only had a half tank of gas. So then I returned home and spent then next 45+ minutes cleaning out the car. This entire experience delayed my cross-country roadtrip by 24 hours. I would be cautious renting a car from this location. I’ve had great experiences at other locations in Arizona - but there seems to be a lack of customer service and care at this location.
