  No rentals available in Shallotte, had to go all the way to deep Myrtle. Was promised by the Shallotte team that I could return it to the Shallotte branch for no charge, but when I tried to return it, I was charged $150 extra... Wish they were honest with their customers or I wouldn’t have wasted 2 hours extra driving just to pay more money..

  Most of the staff were great except for the person(s) who clean the vehicles upon return. Other than it being dirty, inside and out, my wife and I spent an hour vacuuming, cleaning spills off various places and cleaning the windows. After that, our rental experience was great. Return was easy and we were compensated with a discount for the dirty vehicle.

  Excellent customer service. The manager is a perfect fit for his position. Dave was polite and very customer service oriented in the middle of an extremely busy office full of people renting and returning cars.

  Staff was friendly and helpful and professional. Very sweet even under pressure with lots of customers all at once. Vehicle was clean and in very good condition. It got me there and back safely, no issues. I really appreciate the staff at this location, especially Dylan and Hannah. They went above and beyond. There were others who helped but I didn't get their names. Great team work and excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
