  No me gustó en la propaganda dice que el cambio de haceite es en 10 minutos y la persona que me atendió me comentó que iban a durar 15 minutos y llevaron 22 minutos en hacerlo yo estaba acalorada en carro apagado eso no cumple con lo dice ofrecer.

  Went in for yearly inspection, just had vehicle serviced 4 months earlier. New tires, new wiper blades and all routine maintenance done on our Tahoe. Tech doing the inspection was trying to upsale stating tires “looked” worn and wipers had left a streak. All were just replaced, took to DMV station to get state officials to look over and they stated no issues with the vehicle

  Customer service was exceptional—quick, convenient, and highly responsive. The staff was very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous, while also diligently working to ensure the job was completed efficiently. I highly recommend this service for its excellent customer support and professionalism.

  The staff were great. I came not long before closing to.get an inspection on my vehicle and they were able to get it knocked out and I was on my way. By every means they could have turned me away but they didn't. Kudus to the staff there.

  We have depended on Strickland Bros for our automotive service needs for years. We are usually greeted with a smile & an offer of water. The technician usually comes to the driver’s side window & asks what brought us to see them. They say ok & directs us to the bay. Once inside, the technician asks which service we would like to choose & SUGGESTS other services as they go. @ the Selma location, close to 95, we got little to NONE of those things. We are so disappointed in the service we received at this location.
