  I had such a great experience at Strickland Brothers, and I especially want to recognize Milo for going above and beyond for me. Milo was incredibly kind, helpful, patient, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. You can tell they truly care about the people they’re helping and take pride in providing excellent service. It’s not every day that you come across someone who goes the extra mile just to make sure a customer has a great experience, but Milo absolutely did that for me. Their kindness and willingness to help really stood out, and I left feeling genuinely appreciated. Strickland Brothers is lucky to have someone like Milo on their team! I hope management recognizes what an amazing employee they have. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others. Thank you so much, Milo, for everything! ❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Love this place for my Oil changes and other auto needs! They greet you at your car with a super cold bottle of water while you wait to pull in. They are very transparent about pricing and always ask before performing something they see the car might need! They gave me coupons at my last pil change for my next service! I was in and out in under 15 min!!!! Its very tightly run and they are super PROFESSIONAL!!! Highly recommend!!!

  I have never left a review for any business in person or online. I felt strongly that I wanted to take the time to recognize this business and more importantly the wonderful folks I encountered at this business. I recently buried my mother in Vass which is an hour from my home in Raleigh. I've been back and forth between Raleigh and Vass many times over the past month and stopped at this location on one of those trips. My Subaru was way over due for an oil change. Not being from the town, I had no idea where to stop. Chat GPT recommended Strickland Brothers. The moment I pulled up, I instantly felt good about the choice. The two gentleman that helped me were so kind. The shop manager took the time to explain to the newer employee all about Subarus and the caution needed when changing the oil. They gave both my sister and I a bottle of water while we waited in the car for it to be serviced. They never tried to upsale me on anything. This experience did not feel like the "quick lube" shops but rather like i was talking to a mechanic that I had been taking my car to for years. I am so grateful that I was treated with such care during an extremely difficult time. They left an impression on me that I will not forget. I will schedule my future oil changes to coincide with my trips to visit Vass, so that I can have them done here. The two gentlemen that helped me were named Parker and Jaron.
