  I had an amazing experience at Strickland Brothers! From the moment I arrived, Zachary McLeod greeted me and made me feel welcomed. He was extremely professional, friendly, and had a great sense of humor that made the entire experience enjoyable. The customer service he provided was exceptional, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude. I left with a smile on my face and completely satisfied with the service I received! I also want to recognize Jorge Garrett, who was working in the pit. He did an excellent job completing the service in a very timely manner. He communicated well with Zachary and worked efficiently to make sure everything was done properly and smoothly. The teamwork, professionalism, communication, and customer service from both Zachary and Jorge were outstanding. It is clear that they take pride in their work and care about making customers feel valued. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience—I will definitely be back and highly recommend Strickland Brothers!

  Can’t believe how bad this place has gotten in the last year. Safety Inspections take over half an hour so they can pull out all your filters and try to upsell you on new ones (which have NOTHING to do with safety). They find any little nitpicky thing to fail you over so they can sell you on more and recharge you for another inspection which they’re not supposed to do in the first place. I went to the other Strickland in town after this and had zero issues. Stay away from this joke of a location unless you like waiting 90 minutes in line for scammers.
