  For all your tire needs go see Cam. His customer service is amazing. I always have a great experience at the Sanford location. He will explain and break everything that’s needed down where you can understand. Will not go anywhere else.

  ​Mavis Tires & Brakes in Sanford has literally been a lifesaver for me! They have fixed my tires twice now, and both times the service was amazing. They easily have the best prices in town and the staff is incredibly helpful. If you are looking for a trustworthy, high-quality car shop in the area, this is the place to go. Great work, guys—keep it up!

  The low inflation tire light came on. Went to Mavis and he pulled my car into the shop, checked all four tires and rims then added air to all of them. I got there at 5:30 in the afternoon and they close at 6:00 but he took the time to fix my problem and offer suggestions. It was a courtesy that he didn't have to extend at that time of day, but he did! I am very impressed by the quality of the employees at this branch of Mavis. If I could give six stars I would! He did all this as a courtesy to me as a customer and did not charge me a dime. I will definitely be going back.

  Took my car into get two new tires and an alignment. My car was kept for two hours and I noticed there was damage done to my front grill! I was told the area manager would call me once he looked at the camera footage. I never received a call and when I went back to Mavis to see if I could talk to someone the area manager wasn’t there and I was told by the front desk who was staring down and scrolling his phone that “the area manager texted us and said your car came in here like that” absolutely did not come in like that. If I could give a zero star I would!

  I had an absolutely terrible experience at this mechanic shop. I made an appointment for service, but when I arrived, they never even performed the work. To make matters worse, the employees seemed completely incompetent, unable to even perform a simple alignment. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this wasn't going to be good. The front desk lady was the absolute worst – incredibly rude, unhelpful, and acted like I was a huge inconvenience. She made the whole process incredibly frustrating, especially since the service I booked was never even done and the staff couldn't handle basic tasks. I would strongly advise anyone to go elsewhere.
