  Excellent personal service with a smile. Kobe was able to help me with my flat tire problem quickly and with a great attitude! This is where you should do your tire business in the Sanford area.

  My son, my father, and myself have used Mavis within the last year and it was always a pretty good experience. However, my son needs 4 new tires and I've been calling all day and no one has even answered the phone. The last time in the service was lacking quite a bit but I just chalked it up to maybe someone just having a bad day, it happens. But to not answer 7 phone calls over a 4 hour span is rediculous. My son is dropping his vehicle off at a very close competitor tomorrow morning for new tires and an alignment. Sorry Mavis, we can't use you if you don't want to even pick up the phone

  Absolutely terrible experience. I would give this location zero stars if I could. I called ahead specifically to order tires and make an appointment. The salesperson quoted me a tire package and a price. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was suddenly told that I had been misquoted and the price was going to be about $100 higher. Then, after I had already waited around 20 minutes and they had taken my Jeep into the shop, they discovered they had arranged 17-inch tires when my Jeep actually has 16-inch wheels. I was then told the correct tires would cost roughly another $200 more than what I had originally been quoted. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake and working with me, I felt like I was being upcharged for errors that were entirely on their end. I found the way the situation was handled rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. The manager eventually told me they would order the correct 16-inch tires and specifically told me to come back Sunday to have them installed. I trusted what I was told and drove back on Sunday—only to discover THE MANAGER NEVER ORDERED THE TIRES. What made it even worse was that the manager who made the agreement with me wouldn't even come out and speak to me. He stayed in the shop and sent another employee out to deal with me. I found that incredibly disrespectful and showed a complete lack of accountability. I live approximately 25 minutes away, so they wasted my time and gas on multiple trips because of their own mistakes. I dealt with conflicting prices, the wrong tire size, an appointment that couldn't be completed, and then a promise to order the correct tires that apparently was never followed through on. In my opinion, this was grossly negligent customer service and an unacceptable way to run a business. If you make a mistake with a customer's order, you fix it. You don't repeatedly change the price, arrange the wrong tire size, promise to correct it, fail to order the replacement, and then avoid the customer when they return. I gave this location multiple opportunities to make things right. They didn't. I left without tires after wasting two trips and a significant amount of my time. I will never do business with this Mavis location again, and based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend them.

  I am from out of town and on a schedule and caught a nail in my tire. On a Sunday late afternoon. These were pretty much the only guys open and kindly inspected my tire, repaired it with a patch. And in a timely manner. Everyone here was awesome. But Kobie went above and beyond. I absolutely recommend them. I was so grateful.
