  Best Dodge Ram dealer in the entire North Carolina state. Hands down, best customer service, best specialists/technicians and service consultants - they are all knowledgeable. and if they don’t have an answer, they sure as hell find it. They have answers for any questions that I have ever given to them, and any issues that have originated from other dealerships, whether it be in-state, out-of-state, all the way down to Florida, they have fixed and addressed. I highly recommend this dealership if you have a Dodge Chrysler Jeep - come here, they’re gonna get whatever you need accomplished, done, Any questions, they’ll have answered for you. If you have estimates or anything that you need done prior to getting there, just to give you a piece of mind, they’ll also go out of their way to get that done for you, whether you’re gonna come there and get the work done or not, they do go that extra mile. They aren’t just looking for commission or numbers or anything like that. They’re really just looking to help their customers in future customers out, and their neighbors, anybody. They really just are good people. Even if there’s no incentive. Thank you for your time and thank you for allowing me to post this.

  I have a Hellcat and have been waiting for 3 weeks for the part to come in. Every-time I call parts becomes more and more annoyed speaking with me when all I’m asking for is if the part had arrived. I have been told for the past week and a half the part will be here tomorrow every single day. At this point I’m not sure the dealer can even help me get the parts I need, let alone have decent customer service.

  I am typically very harsh when it comes to car dealers. I know cars, they are my hobby. This dealership is different, and it’s different in a good way. Matt was my service advisor, and he was absolutely terrific. Gabrielle was good on the phone, with all the information I needed to make decisions. The dealership covered something under warranty that I wasn’t sure was going to be warranted, and they aren’t even the dealership I bought the truck from. However, they will definitely be the dealership we buy our next vehicle from. They offered me a ride home, so I didn’t have to wait for my wife to come pick me up, and we live almost 25 miles away from the dealership. The driver was very pleasant. I really can’t say enough good about this place, and that is very unlike my typical relationship with an auto dealer. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  As a Trainer of all things 'Service', I most definitely recognize great service when I see it. In a world today where service seems like a lost art, I like to share when I see it, and where you can go to get it. Long story short, I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler. I ended up going to John Hiester in Sanford, NC, because that's where the one Jeep with the right color and options in all of NC, VA and SC was located. Been to several dealerships looking. From the moment I got out of the car, the staff was not pushy. Great courtesy, genuinely friendly. This is key, anyone can act friendly and courteous, these folks are genuine. Big difference. I met Miguel Garcia, a sales consultant. After a few minutes discussing Jeeps, he immediately read the situation and assisted me in my quest to get the Jeep 'I wanted'. It was never about the Jeep he wanted to 'Move' off the lot. The whole process stood out and took very little of my time. You see, I've bought many new vehicles in the past. And they are ALWAYS a dusk to dawn experience to buy one vehicle. Lots of sitting around, waiting on someone to do something. It gets frustrating. At John Hiester Dealership, this was not the case. Miguel made every minute count. We were there 4.5 hours and walked away with 2 vehicles, everything signed, vehicles cleaned, done. Promises made, Promises kept, home for an early supper. Everyone I dealt with from the Sales Manager to Fernando in Finance, everyone played a part to bring everything together efficiently. It looked good, felt honest and I drove away in a brand-new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, in the color and options I wanted. I also traded my truck for another truck, better deal. And guess who drove it to my house! Miguel! because my wife does not like driving on highways. John Hiester cdjr earned my business with GREAT Service. And I will be back if I ever buy again. This is my new dealership and one I will adamantly recommend to everyone. Whether you're looking or in the market to buy, make sure you stop by and ask for Miguel Garcia, or any of their sales consultants. You'll be glad you did. So, get off your Kiester and head to Hiester!!

  I wasn’t originally planning to leave a review but they asked… continually… Service was amazing at my first visit, the person at the front desk was very attentive and friendly. The service of my vehicle was great this time but the front desk employee wasn't as attentive/helpful. He was nice enough to me as I sat quietly and didn’t need anything from him. But as I was sitting in the room a lady across from me asked the front desk man if some service was included in apart of some program and he said something along the lines of oh I don’t know. She looks over and there’s a posting on the podium so she reads through it and then tells him “I just read it, it is included” and he responded something like oh see usually ___ is working and he knows a lot more about this stuff than me. I think he may have said “Jay” but if it was me and she had asked if I didn’t know I would have said let me find out for you. But that being said everyone has off days and it was at the end of the day. Maybe he was tired and ready to get home. I don’t think this is necessarily a big deal unless that is his attitude towards any extra work to help customers. But I overheard it, it doesn’t leave a good impression and if I’m begged for a review I’m going to mention it.
