  Went in for unrelated warranty work and they located a leak from my radiator that I was not aware of. Great inspection and attention to detail. They also took me home and brought me back to the dealership from a far distance which I appreciated. Matt did a great job of keeping me up to date and handling any issues. Will continue to come to the dealership!

  Amazing staff at this dealership! Me and my mom got into a fender bender and heard the car making some scary sounds, not even owning a car that was associated with the dealership we decided to pull in and see if anyone could tell us if we were safe to continue driving or not. Matt came out and helped us immediately, he was so knowledgeable and reassuring as we were admittedly stressed out. Sam was also amazing, he took a look at the car and immediately knew what was wrong and what needed to be done to get us back on the road safely. Sam and Matt were both so kind and welcoming and took such good care of us in such a high stress situation, we are extremely grateful for their exceptional costumer service and workmanship!

  Excellent Service Experience!I had a fantastic experience getting my car serviced here yesterday. Bill was great at listening to the issues I was experiencing and making sure everything was accurately captured.I love that the team keeps you informed every step of the way. The mechanic provided a detailed video showing exactly what my car needed, and they didn't start any extra work until getting my prior approval. They were prompt, transparent, and highly professional.To top it off, I really enjoyed my ride with Harry, the shuttle driver! I highly recommend this dealership for their outstanding communication and customer care.

  Kyle at john hiester dodge is the best sales guy you will ever have the pleasure to deal with. He enjoys taking a beating from the customer to get the price where it needs to be..lol...I say that bcs i have bought 5 cars from Kyle and I give him impossible figures but he makes it work...Great Dude... plus they have free popcorn that's questionable..lol Seriously Great Place To Buy From

  My shopping experience was good and I went in after getting and oil changed and they find out the the brake fluid was leaking and I have not had the car a month yet but they fixed it without me having to pay anything and I have been waiting on my registration for a 3 weeks now they supposed to had transferred my license plates from my old to the new car i need to start by driving Uber but my registration doesn’t match my car I have reached out to them multiple times through email, called and text and they have been ignoring me and telling me they are going to check on it but doesn’t followed them I guess it was all about making a sales
