  Great job at pulling my engine and replacing it with a found low mileage replacement. The communicated great and share pictures of the progress. They located a couple of issues during the process with the shifter and let me know before completing the work. Fast and great work. Would gladly use them again even though they are about 35 minutes from me.

  We needed an evaluation and some maintenance and repairs on a used vehicle we had recently purchased. We are totally satisfied with Integrated Automotive! Our car was evaluated quickly but thoroughly. Prices were excellent and a better value than any other places. Mechanics are knowledgeable and work is quality. Customer service and communication were top notch. The entire experience was above expectations. Photos were provided for areas of concern that needed maintenance or repairs. We loved the text message quotes detailing each suggestion and individual cost for each repair or recommended service. This business has definitely gone the extra mile to make the experience for the customer painless. The car was repaired quickly and ready for pickup sooner than expected. We will continue to take our vehicles to Integrated Automotive for our needs!

  I had a very good experience with Integrated Automotive. They inspected my vehicle from top to bottom and completed the inspection in a very timely manner. They provided me with a detailed quote and clearly explained their findings and recommendations. The cost of the repairs was straightforward and transparent, with no unexpected surprises. I was very impressed with their professionalism and communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Integrated Automotive to my friends and family.

  I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel others should know about my experience. I brought my Mercedes E350 to Integrative Automotive in Sanford to have a cracked rim welded. Under the previous owner, I had the same rim repaired once and never had another issue. Unfortunately, under the new ownership, my experience has been completely different. After the initial repair, the weld failed. I returned the car, and the weld failed again. In total, I had to bring the car back four separate times because the repair never held. On the fourth visit, my car sat in their parking lot for approximately six to seven weeks. When I finally went to pick it up, the original problem still had not been resolved. Even worse, both batteries were completely dead from sitting so long, and the check engine light was on—issues that were not present when I dropped the vehicle off. I asked if they would at least charge the batteries and clear the check engine light so I could leave with my car in the same condition it was in when I brought it there. They declined. I understand that repairs don’t always go as planned, but I do expect a business to stand behind its work and return a customer’s vehicle in no worse condition than when it arrived. Unfortunately, that did not happen in my case. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the shop under its current ownership. Below is a picture of the repair they did after brining it back 4 times.
